Staff arguing with guests

Pros: We were glad that our AC worked.
Cons: Replacing the desk staff. Really the worst customer relations I have ever witnessed.
We arrived around 10 pm, just in time to witness a heated argument between the man behind the desk and a hotel guest who was trying to obtain sufficient towels and sheets for his room (they apparently had a rollaway bed). The woman behind the desk kept jumping into the argument rather than checking us in, until I rather exasperatedly told her to please finish checking us in so that we could go to our room. During all of this, a mother with a toddler came down to ask them to fix her air conditioner. A third hotel staff began to argue loudly with the mother, saying he could nothing about it and that she would just have to deal (it was very hot night). When she asked if he could move them to another room due to her young child, he began yelling that he did not have any other rooms, and what did she want him to do, build a new one for her? All in all, the staff showed disdain for their guests, and were defensive and argumentative, making the situations worse. Our room was fine (and the AC worked), but the hallways were a bit of a mess due to guests dropping candy wrappers, etc. and no one cleaning them up.

Good quality and reasonably priced room

Pros: Clean, well appointed rooms with friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast was basic, but functional
I stayed for two nights whilst in Roswell on business, and was very pleased with the standard of the room and the hotel in general. I only stayed here because the Doubletree would not take a two night booking - I'd have no hesitation coming back here though!

Hotel that met our needs.

I picked this hotel due to its proximity to a training class my daughter and I were taking. I was everything that was advertised except the temperature in the room only cooled off in the morning. It wasn't overly hot so we didn't complain, but we did inform the front desk upon departure.

Hotel under construction

Hotel is under construction. Had difficult time getting the door open. The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen or tasted. Poor variety and waited over 5 minutes for coffee which I never did get.

Too much bug or room spray used. Toilet built for kindergarten children. Not much to like about breakfast.

old style tube t.v.'s, dbl. beds that staff assured us were queens, stains on loveseat in suite, microwave so low that you'd have to get on your knees to use

Breakfast options were limited. Staff was friendly. Overall a good average and economic hotel. Positive stay but again it's just average so that's what you should expect.
