Strong sickly sweet odor

Posted May 5, 2015
Too much bug or room spray used. Toilet built for kindergarten children. Not much to like about breakfast.

Good average hotel

Posted Mar 6, 2015
Breakfast options were limited. Staff was friendly. Overall a good average and economic hotel. Positive stay but again it's just average so that's what you should expect.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel, plenty of space in the rooms to set up a laptop and get work done.

Nice hotel, about 25 minutes from Atlanta

Posted Feb 18, 2015
Great for the price. Close enough to Atlanta. Not a lot of staff on site for a hotel that was sold out. Went to the front desk several times and there was a wait. No gift shop. No variety of "snacks" in shop next to front desk.

Nice place, good value for the price.

Very friendly and helpful desk staff, clean quiet room, nicely kept grounds, generally pleasant. Numerous restaurants and stores nearby. Our room was not luxurious, but very decent and comfortable, with a small outdoor deck. For our purposes- a decent place to stay over a weekend, with simple amenities, convenient to our daytime destinations- it fit the bill perfectly. I'd definitely stay again.

3 Night / 2 Day Stay

Posted Feb 3, 2015
Pros: The staff
Cons: Internet access
Location: We were there for Dr. Kendall, but I walked around the two nearby shopping complexes, ate at Olive Garden, and got supplies at CVS
Hotel 400 was really a pretty nice place. It is close to car rental and also a good deal of shopping/dining. The majority of the staff is friendly and helpful, although we did have one receptionist who wasn't behind the desk much and seemed less than enthusiastic to help, but we've all had bad days so who knows. The room and amenities were nice looking and good quality. The tv was a little confusing at first, but a receptionist helped us figure out what we needed. Our particular lock/door was a little quirky. The lock took multiple swipes of the card nearly each time, and the lock didn't want to retract, so when closing the door it would hit the frame and not shut (I had to hold the handle up when closing if we wanted our room locked). The 5-mile radius shuttle was a very helpful feature and our driver was very pleasant, even when he was on the phone with someone while driving. My biggest disappointment for a multiple day stay was the free internet. There is wifi, but apparently it's only free for a day. There were two computers in the lobby with internet, but one of them was down for our entire visit. A few drawbacks, but overall a very nice stay for a reasonable price :)

Should be Hotel 40

Hotel is "tired". Not very comfortable. AC units are loud and the room is either hot or cold but not at a fixed temp. Shower/tub looked dirty. Would not recommend.

A comfortable place to stay

Posted Jan 26, 2015 on Hotels.com
It was fine, the hotelwas clean and comfortable. Access was good from the 400 to get into the city however the surrounding area is a bit bleak - at least in the dark and rain when I stayed there.

Nice Surprise

Posted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast items were not being stocked so we ended up walking to Burger King across the road.
Location: Easy access to Rt 400.
We were only staying in Atlanta for one night. This was a pleasant surprise. The front staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only recommendations we have for the hotel (1) upgrade the TVs to flat screens, and (2) improve the breakfast.
