The room was "clean" (I had to make an emergency hotel book-in due to another hotel chain's dirtiness/disgusting room situation). We had a quiet, pleasant stay. Staff was awesome! Ty Roswell Comfort Suites!

The smell at the entrance is bad. But room is ok. Hotel got a problem with the water which required to shut off for a few hours in the morning.

We were only passing through on our way home from vacation. The room was nice. It was a quiet area. There are a lot of restaurants that are close. The only problem was the large roach on our shower curtain the morning we were leaving.

spacious room, well appointed. Lots of plugs for computers and phones. The shower was really nice soft water. Hot breakfast choices with scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Right across the street from Texas Roadhouse for dinner!

It didn’t feel very clean in our room. There was blood on our bedspread and the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time.

Walls are thin. You can hear people walking in the hallways. Rooms are nicely decorated. Blackout curtains do not pull shut. Pool and hot tubs are in Nice condition.

The room was spacious and comfortable, unfortunately the bathrooms were pretty nasty, the shower was rusted and the shower head had grime and I didn’t even want to use it. The room had dust especially by the air conditioning unit.

They were supposed to provide housekeeping services every 3 days. I stayed there 2 weeks and got it once. Passed the maids in the hall and saw all of them on instagram and not working. Also the tub was rusty and with a 3 man crew of workers the garbage piled up. Pretty bad customer service and seemed run down. I don’t recommend. Go across the street to Hampton

When we got there the man who helped us in front was very rude. But leaving the new person up front was very nice. No towels at pool. Some of the towels in our room were dirty shower was rusty

The expedia filter listed this property as pet friendly. I reserved a room, only to find that we couldn't check in because it was not pet friendly, and lost the money associated with the reservation. Your customer service declined a refund of our money for a room we could not use.

We stayed at this property in Roswell overnight on our way to our vacation destination. We booked a suite with two queen beds. We are a family of 5, so the sofa was nice to have as another spot to sleep. Checkin was easy and fast. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were clean. The free breakfast was lacking.

The room was big and we liked the sofa area. The light for bathroom was behind the door which was different. Liked the nightlight in bathroom. Location good as Texas Roadhouse was right across street. All the sanitizer in main area were empty both days we were there. And bathrooms in main area did not have soap or papertowels.

The breakfast was very filling with plenty of choices and the rate was fairly low. On the other hand, the clerk wasn't very personable, and the room needs maintenance. The rain showerhead leaked so if you chose the wall showerhead, you would get cold drops. There was a light dangling from the ceiling.

Upgrades done on the property were very poorly done had they just spent the extra money to have a contractor do things right and good this property would be a lot better the cleanliness of this property was not that great but the staff was super friendly and did offer refund we did not get a refund we just switched rooms second room was a little better
