Wonderful staff, clean, inviting roomsPosted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: I liked the wonderful staff, very clean rooms, shuttle service, and proximity to many restaurants, etc.
Cons: Lighting in bathroom too dark for applying makeup and fans need to be installed to prevent steaming up the mirrors.
Location: It's close to the charming downtown area of Roswell which has numerous restaurants. Also, restaurants close to hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel twice while visiting family in Roswell and I've never been disappointed. The staff is welcoming and quick to meet any requests. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed, and very clean. The shuttle service is a real plus and the drivers friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in Great location!!Posted Aug 1, 2013
Pros: clean and quiet!
Cons: complimentary coffee!!
Location: great location to get to Alpharetta, Braves game in Atlanta, great restaurants, shopping!!
My kids and I loved this hotel! We were greeted by a wonderful hotel staff. They were very helpful and friendly! I had left my phone charger at home and one of the staff members let me borrow one of his personal chargers during our entire stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. This was probably the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in and it was a busy hotel weekend!! I would definitely want to stay there again. Only negatives I had was a little hard to find the sign and entrance to get into the hotel and would love to have a complimentary coffee bar available. There were several wedding receptions going on in the hotel but it was not a problem for our stay. I loved out stay at this Double Tree again.

I travel on a weekly basis for business. I was very disappointed with the service and condition of the rooms based on the reviews I read regarding this hotel. This was probably the worst Hilton experience I have had. As a Gold-level Hilton member, I was not greeted as such, was given a difficult time when I asked for my bottled water (free as a gold member). I had 2 reservations and called 2 weeks prior to make sure there was not going to be an issue, as well as calling that morning to verify. When we arrived and checked in, they only pulled up the one reservation and the rep at the desk was annoyed that she had to look up the other reservation. Our room as not cleaned- the beds were made and the towels were not replenished. The room, hallways, elevators were dirty, with some trash on the floors. Not what I would expect from a Hilton property. The location was good - only 3 miles from where we needed to go and did have some decent restaurants nearby. Overall disappointing.

The hotel was lovely, spacious and well-furnished; the cookies were delicious. But the best part was the delightful staff: Kelly & Anna in food service; Frances, Rachel & Terence in the lobby were upbeat, pleasant and delightful. When I overheard an elderly couple complaining that 'the clock was wrong' Terence was just as pleasant and concerned as if they'd said their lights didn't work! It was definitely my most pleasant stay anywhere!

Good stay!Posted Apr 16, 2013
Pros: Motel was very clean
Cons: Food and drinks expensive.
Overall great stay with a few negatives. Check in was slow due to wedding party checking in at same time I did and only one person working counter at 3 pm. The lady behind the desk was very good and friendly but could have used some help. Bottled water was $4 in the room and restaurant was high
