“Great Staff”

Room was great! Staff was great! Just a little dirty in some areas particularly around public washer and dryer on premise.

“Holiday Inn in Roswell”

This Holiday Inn is a new hotel so it's nice and clean and very classy decorated. Flat screen TV with nice decor. Staff was excellent.

“Nice hotel, would stay again!”

We loved this hotel, the rooms were beautiful and clean. We stayed in a king size bed room, it was very spacious. The gym was not great, and the hot tub was out of order during oour stay, but the pool was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly. The resteraunt on site was ok, there is also an Olive Garden in the same parking lot you can walk to, as well as a diner. This hotel was inexpensive so our expectations were low, and we were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this hotel and we plan to stay here again.

“Best hotel I've been in”

This hotel was awesome. It was clean and the the room was HUGE. I was really impressed by the bathroom. The shower was gigantic and so was the bed. There was a really nice TV mounted on the wall. The only thing I marked this hotel down for was the carpeting. My carpet in the room looked kind of water damaged and it buckled up a little bit. Other than that it was smooth. I'd definitely go back.

“Comfort without Decent Breakfast”

The only disappointing part of the visit was the breakfast and the wait staff. The buffet was missing ingredients such as butter, jellys (only peanut butter) and very low quantities of breads. This was rectified after complaints to the wait staff. Cost of a continental breakfast seemed very expensive when compared to other hotels. The comfort of the rooms and reception staff were first class.

Very pleased with this hotel, this is the second time staying here.First was a happy occasion and this time a sad one.Overall,service was excellent and loved the little reading lights that each room had.Thank you very much!

The Hotel was excellent, the service and the friendlyness of the people was top notch. I highly recommend the hotel. My only critique would be that the bathrooms be updated. They were a little behind the the rest of the hotels top quality standards. Two thumbs up overall.

“My hotel experience”

the 2 problems we had was their wi-fi was not strong on the 3rd floor had to go down to the lobby to do any work. And the heater was quite loud kept us up most of the night . The breakfast was great and room was very clean and beds were comfy.

“Clean and functional for needs.”

Housekeeping is very stingy with keeping soap in the room. I had to go to the desk twice in 4 days to get extra bars.
