GREAT choice if you're in Roswell!Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Room, cleanliness, comfortable bed, nice bathroom
We were SO pleased with our stay here! The rooms were very very clean! Comfy bed and great bathroom! This is fairly new property which is nice. The breakfast set up in the morning wasn't worth the $10, so we skipped that, but I understand some rooms include this free. I would recommend without reservation!

Nice new hotel which was conveniently located. enjoyed the breakfast, swimming pool and hot tub and also had a great experience checking in. There was a new employee but she was professional and courteous.

Nice because it's newPosted Jun 10, 2014
The hotel was nice because it's new, but the staff was below average and there is no free breakfast. You would think that for $120/night you might be treated to breakfast.

Great hotel to stay at in Roswell, NM.Posted May 24, 2014
Pros: Fairly new hotel. Close parking. Quick check-in. 24-hour snack bar. Clean room. Very good food and service in restaurant (both buffet and menu).
Cons: Soundproofing is needed behind the doors that connect adjacent rooms.
Location: Good location.
This is a fairly small hotel. Therefore, parking is close to the doors which, in turn, are close to the elevators. I was pleasingly surprised with the quality of their breakfast food, including buffet or menu options and service. They also have a self-serve 24-hour snack bar across from the registration desk that was handy. The only thing I saw that needed improvement was reducing the noise from the adjacent room that comes under the adjoining doors; the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor is too wide. When I return to Roswell, I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is nice but front desk staff lackingPosted May 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Took 15 minutes to check in because one front desk clerk was on the phone and the other one was "closing out". Gave me the key with no information so as wireless info, breakfast info, elevator info. Breakfast is 12.00/person for the same stuff that is free in any other good chain now. When we checked out, front desk said nothing. I'm used to the obligatory, how was your stay? Hotel is decent but there are better places to stay in Roswell.

Great placePosted May 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had a great stay. Staff were courteous and very informative! We enjoyed the room, it was clean and we did not lack anything. It was an enjoyable 2 night stay! We unfortunately did not have time to eat at the dinning room! Maybe next time.
