Booked this hotel because they advertised they were the only hotel with a bar. Apparently having an open bar was not important. We were there 3 nights and they served beer and wine one night for a couple of hours. It was not open again the rest of our stay.

Please it is old. In addition staff is very rude. We had the music spiker close to our room and could not sleep. After complaining staff did nothing. They said that music was programmed.

Devon was great! we had an issue with the booking with expedia and lost our room and he made sure he reserved us one while i got it straightened out with expedia. If not, by the time i got there, there were no rooms left

It was kind of a hassle to have to use the stairs to the third floor because the elevator was out of service. We had a lot of valuable luggage we couldn’t leave in our vehicle. Hauling it up and down the stairs wasn’t very convenient at 11:30 pm.

Elevators were broken so we had to use stairs but stairs access is from outside the building and I was a cold days also to get to the pool you had to go outside and then get in to the pool what a scam people very disappointed and on breakfast time they run out of food never staying again in this hotel and it was not cheap

Waited 25 minutes for someone to just check us in. Bartender had to try and get someone numerous times to no avail. Refrigerator in room does not work. Paid for breakfast and they were completely out of food by 8:30 am.

Excellent stay. Very friendly staff. The elevator was broken and someone was trapped inside as soon as we arrived. They rectified the situation relatively quickly. But only the main desk guy knew where the stairs were and he was dealing with the emergency. So my only feedback is to allow for more training. The bartender was super friendly. We have been traveling across the country, mainly staying with another hotel chain. We decided that the breakfast at this hotel was hands down the best. Yes, you have to pay for it, but it still ended up being cheaper than the other hotels and much cheaper than a restaurant. Plus free parking with a large lot to accommodate trucks and trailers.

Always a great stay
Always a great place to stay, they allow our service dog and it’s a clean well taken care of Inn. Definitely recommend it, walking distance to several restaurants.

After driving 600 miles came down to get drinks and dinner. The area was completely empty. We came in a beer in our hand. The server with her mouth full of food. Said we had to get rid of the beer can before we could come in. We were almost finished when came in. However her rude attitude cost the hotel cost of dinner and drinks for 2 nights

Clean and Safe
My room was very clean. That's important to me. The hotel is showing it's age, but nothing major. I was mostly concerned that it be clean and that I felt safe staying there. Originally was going to stay in Albuquerque, but changed and I am so glad I did after reading some of the scary reviews for hotels in Albuquerque (that I could afford) The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels clean and the water heated up very quickly. I had brought my coffee pods and liked that I could make my coffee in my room. It was a good stay.

Required a credit card “deposit” for possible incidentals. There were none, but a tentative charge of over $200 is still on my Discover Card online statement. (I was told it would be $50 and would be removed in a couple of days if there was no remaining balance). Gave me the wrong room “keys”; wrong name and wrong room - this after verifying my Expedia reservation and photocopying my driver’s license.

The two ladies working the front desk at check-in were very pleasant, along with the ladies at check-out. The breakfast was delicious and rivals the nicest of breakfast spots. The poor waitress was by herself and did a wonderful job attending to her guests. She should be commended. She was very pleasant and, on the outside, did not show signs of being stressed. The only negative thing I can say is that there is not a dedicated pet area with waste bags. Fortunately, we bring our own. Other than that, we are very pleased with our stay.

Disappointing and Non-Functional
Arrived and the luggage cart had a blown out tire. The front desk staff giggled at that but didnt help. In room, touched one towel and the whole towel rack fell off wall. Phone didnt work so any requests required going downstairs. Frig didnt work whichbwasnt clear until morning when contents were warm. Shredded seat of desk chair. No complimentary breakfast like other IHG Holiday Inns. Manager off site during checkout, so couldnt get help with issues. Oh, and lamp broken so only one outlet worked for 2 beds. Disappointing all around.
