By Far the best hotel in Rota.

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: Location, appearance, parking
Location: I recommended taking a ferry to Cadiz for a day trip.
Great location. Really the only hotel worth staying at in Rota. They actually had a pretty good dinner. Breakfast was average. Really liked that they had a parking garage, and the rate was the cheapest of all the places we went to in Spain.

Very restful

Pros: The staff, the ocean view, the location, the comfortable room.
Cons: We had a small plumbing issue with the drain in the shower. The sauna required payment to use for guests!
Location: Great beach location.
We originally thought that we would miss out on not being at Cadiz. Not the case. This hotel is right on the beach at Rota. Wonderful little village feel and access to great restaurants and bars. The rooms are very comfortable and we loved the balconies. Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help us resolve an issue with the booking (not their fault). Parking is very convenient under the hotel and relatively inexpensive. Breakfast was good and so was the restaurant for dinner. In summary a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Pleasant hotel. Pleasant town near Cadiz.

Cons: We tried to rent bicycles for the day, but they were ugly, out of fashion and not in proper working condition. We were a bit dissapointed about that.
Location: Cadiz via ferry is a must. If you like walking, there is an endless trail along the beach waiting for you
In the center of the nice town of Rota, the hotel is clean and friendly. The restaurant in it is a bit expensive, but the food is excellent. Direct access to the beach and parking at reasonable prices complete the package.

Amazing all round hotel

. Very clean room, fluffy towels, quiet, excellent beach location and close enough to walk into town. Lovely helpful corteous staff- were upgraded to sea view room without asking for free. Varied and abundant breakfast. Small but sufficient gym- but a walk on the beach was all you really need. We had Christmas lunch at the restaurant which was very good with large portions. Breakfast outside is the best. Definitely I would return again.

The best hotel in Rota!

The front desk staff were outstanding. The cleaning staff were pa excellence and super amazingly outstanding too. Parking is pretty steep for €9.00 per day, but it's safe, secure and convenient. Breakfast is AMAZING. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very good hotel, close to beach

Very good hotel with an excellent position close to the beach. Would recommend eating breakfast out of the hotel though. It would be much better value as hotel breakfast was poor. Overall, though, a perfect choice and location.

Close to beach...and quiet location

Posted Oct 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
When I walked in for the first time, I was disappointed. Mainly due to the beds they put together to make one bed. I asked for a room with 1 double bed, but they gave me a room with 2 beds shoved together. The balconies are a little on the small side. The service was great. You can change most American movies to ENGLISH on your remote. This was very nice. It's right on the beach, and in walking distance to some great places to eat. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. In my room, the wifi wasn't that great, so try to get a room closer to the middle of the hotel. Overall, my stay was pleasant. So, I would receommend this hotel to travelers.
