Just Perfect!

When we arrived we double checked we were at the right place as it looked too good to be true for the price we paid. It was just perfect for our little getaway - great decor, comfy bed, movies on foxtel, kangaroos in the field opposite as the sun went down, a great meal at the Legends Grill and helpful staff who opened our door when our key wouldn't work at 10 o'clock at night! Loved it and have already told our friends and family about it!

Had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Mercure! It was affordable, clean, modern & great views. Would definitely recommend this place!

Nicest apartments in the Hunter

Modern and well presented units. Still felt new & clean at the time of our stay. The only niggles would be that the complex is a bit cramped, and those with a large car may find that it's difficult to park. Our unit had two marked garages, but one was filled with housekeeping/etc equipment. There was a TV in the lounge, but only one of the two bedrooms had one. If you leave the blinds up, you don't get a very good feeling of privacy as all the other units are so close and all with big windows. It's quite expensive, but then so is all other accommodation in the Hunter. Overall a very pleasant place to stay, and we'd definitely come back.

The Grand Mercure Vintage apartments were fantastic. Modern, clean, convenient and had all the amenities for use of the kitchen. Rooms, living area and bathrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Great place. Really new and clean. It felt like a home away from home. Excellent if you have kids. Only downside daily service is extra cost but it did not worry us as we did not need it.

awesome location and there was lots of wildlife include a group of kangaroos outside. fire place was a good touch.

Lovely quiet location with beautifully decorated spotlessly clean room. Great central location to enjoy the wineries. Enjoyed the restaurant at the resort.
