We had a really nice stay. Room was clean and got a little milk and cookies when we arrived which I always like. There were a lot of activities to do at the motel. The wifi wasn’t the best though, but that was the only down side we found.

Probably misled by the word Resort. It is more like a motel. Room is spacious but a little boring. Staff is very friendly.

Spacious, clean room with a giant jacuzzi tub. Loved that we could open up the large window in the bathroom to the private patio space. We enjoyed the pool and mini-golf amenities. Very family friendly. Location was great, short drive to everything we wanted to see.

I’m hard to impress, & even tho we had a fire false alarm at 3:30 am- we had a great stay. Lots to do included with stay, plush robes & bedding. Warm bathroom floors saved our trip after being drenched all day in the rain. Love it when a property exceeds expectations. Thank you!

Good choice!
After a quick and friendly check-in, we found our room to be spacious and comfortable, with some nice touches like heated floors in the bathroom and a large drying rack to help us with our laundry. The location was convenient for our outings, too.

Comfortable, convenient stay for first time trip! We didn’t get to use the hotel amenities such as swimming pool, bikes, or tennis courts but they were available and staff was extremely helpful!

Wonderful place. Very helpful, friendly staff.
The couple that run the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided guidance for best places to eat, grocery stores, and gas stations. We will definitely stay here again the next time were in Rotorua.

Had a great stay, our family had the 2bedroom suite which was really comfortable. Relaxed in our own spa and enjoyed the outside pool and mini golf. This place will be now our go to place while in tauranga. No restaurant avaliable which was disappointing.

Room was very clean and large. Lights were a bit too dim and the room was a big dated. Bathroom was really good as was the spa bath in the room. Overall a good stay.

My wife and I are senior citizens. We both have limited mobility, older age tend tends to do this to the joints. We were particularly looking forward to relaxing in a spa bath. Our Spa was of a corner type, very small in shape. There was a 900mm wall to the entrance to the spa but there was no means to climb over it to access the Spa. Once in the Spa the was again no internal 'step' to exit safely.

Good facilities comfortable beds, air con Best part was they had no emergency housing people staying, ones I stayed at with Emergency housing had people playing music drinking outside leaning on my car lots of friends had stopped visiting Rotorua for this issue I have told them Regal Palms is great Thank you

A large and well appointed hotel room with a great bathroom. The heated floors were wonderful on a cold winter day. We were able to walk to Te Puia in the morning. There is a nice pool and lots of other amenities. It’s a bit out of town so a car is useful but we liked the location and walked to town and parks etc. Highly recommend.
