Everything about this place was great - the location was top notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was just excellent every day! Loved the modernity to it and the nice touches like free umbrella rental for the rainy days. We are completely obsessed with Rotterdam now in large part due to our excellent stay here and we will definitely be back!

Quirky rooms but fine for a short stay, especially for one person. Nice bar, breakfast pretty good. But the staff were the friendliest ever encountered in a hotel. Reason enough in itself to return. Congrats to them.

We just loved this cool, comfortable hotel. Steps away from train station and bus stops, and also so close to the fabulous Markt hall food hall. Great staff too!

Like the quirkiness. Good for a few nights but maybe room a bit small for a longer stay. This hotel is in a great location next to the Old Port and the fabulous Market Hall.

Great hotels however find the beds itchy
Fantastic location, was a little disappointed there was not more social interaction within the hotel has a single traveller. I have found the Citizen M hotels very good yet always feel the beds are a bit dirty. Also the areas around the hotel seem a bit precarious

The CitizenM is a very good, ned hotel to stay. The location of this one(Rotterdam) is perfect, close to everything, train,metro, tram and shopping. This made it easy to move arround. The property itself is very sofisticated, modern, tech and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Here you are gonig to feel at home and the staff will make that happed. They a breakfast will all that you need for start your day.

Before we checkin we did asked to leave our luggages a week before and they just took our luggages with no problem. When we arrive to checkin there was our luggages and was very convenient. The property it self is wonderful, the location was great and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect for a short stay in Roffa!
Staff great, location brilliant, very clean, very chilled atmosphere. Room good but very small, limited hanging bathroom v small no room for sink and shaving mirror ect ( they are in the room) Ideal for a couple of days maybe something a bit more spacious required if staying longer

Excellent location. Breakfast very good. Room was small - sleeping arrangements difficult- we changed the orientation for sleeping. Good for an overnight/2 night stay. Wound stay again.

Fantastic and friendly staff, amazing view of the harbour from our window, excellent and tasty choice at breakfast, convenience of the room amenities being controlled via tablet - great when you were tired at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Excellent location close to the Rotterdam Blaak train station, Markethal and harbour. Will definitely return and try CitizenM hotels in other locations!

The staff that work here are extremely polite. My room was modern and very clean. I liked the fact that you can control the light settings to any colour you like. The breakfast is like no other!!!! Basically a breakfast buffet with dozens of options for meat eaters, pescatarians, vegans , vegetarians etc. Def an amazing experience.

The hotel is well located. The breakfast is excellent. My main issue was that it was very hot and the air conditioning did not appear to be functioning properly. They tried to assist but the rooms were very hot and the windows could not be opened.,

Enjoyed our stay at citizenM before as well as this time. Great location, close to many restaurants, friendly helpful staff, clean, modern. Love the funky art. Restaurant very convenient. Easy check-in and out. Nice big view towards river. Two convenient elevators.
