Everything was good about the hotel. But there was a construction work was going on there and it is terrible to stay there from morning 7am. I am not happy at all and I am looking for some sort of compensation. I appreciate it if you could call me.

Lovely, spacious, clean room on 7th floor. Parking good. Area surrounding is more business not central. Noisy wake up from building work at 7.30am not that is the hotels fault.

We had trouble with our AC unit which resulted in several disruptions during our stay. It seemed that the rooms were not well maintained, even though the staff was very pleasant.

Great hotel
Great hotel. Lovely, helpful staff, particularly on reception. Good sized room, very clean. Breakfast was nice but evening meal was even better.

Property was fine, but no drawers in the room. Only 9 or 10 hangers but nowhere to store other things. Had to live out of a suitcase for 5 days. Location was away from the downtown area. Spent a small fortune on taxis just going out for food options. Property has a price fixe menu for breakfast and dinner.

A lot to improve
Hotel looked nice and staff was friendly but we booked a room for 4 and when we arrived the sofa bed was closed and had dirty sheets inside from the previous guest. They also didn't provide towels for the 4 of us (only 2). It seems like they didn't bother at all looking at the booking for how many people it was and prepare the room for it. We had to request toilet paper because there was only one single roll already in use in the toilet! Next day housekeeping didn't took the trash away when cleaning the room what you would expect as a basic thing and it was a small bin so really annoying as was already full. They don't have many places to hang things, specially towels in the bathroom, we squeezed ours on the only place there was and housekeeping came and folded our used towels. I don't know if they meant to pretend to give us new towels but even if they didn't I didn't like they dealt with our used towels and folded it all together to put in a shelf.

it was "OK"
There's not much around this location and the restaurant is expensive. There was renovation work going on and two lifts were broken making long wait times if you are on a higher floor. The room is in need of a serious deep cleaning. There was a big dirty patch on the carpet, the sofa beds were uncomfortable and there was garbage on the floor from the previous guests. No shampoo until the last 2 days of our stay.

I was charged an additional $66.71 that I ignore where it came from. The hotel is dirty: my room had bread crumbs on the floor, the AC was leaking and dirty, the shampoo bottle was filled up with water. And loud music was played. I have pictures and videos of all statements.

Hotel itself is nice, out of town so bare in mind a shirt drive to centre. Stayed here on the 29th May 2022 for one night. Iv still not received my deposit back yet, not impressed. My safe didn't work in my room so I kindly asked the lady at reception to look after our passports for the night whilst we were out. She took the passport and apologised for the broken safe and said she will let the other staff know where she has put them etc. As we came back in after going out for dinner know one was told were they were kept or any knowledge of them as she had gone home after her shift. Very alarming as we had to check out the hotel by 9am which we couldn't as in the morning no one had a clue or could even get hold of this lady.
