“Lot of bang for the buck”

The hotel was very nice, especially for the price. It is located right next to the zoo and has great amenities. The restaurant was good, though a little on the high side price wise, but the food was delicious. Beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and spoke fluent English.

“Good out of the way location”

Close to Hilton quality hotel located right next to the baseball stadium and zoo. Nice comfortable rooms, but expensive internet $18 US. Near main highway.

“Good access to highway heading west out of Rotterdam. Very convenient for business.”

Very pleased with hotel. Only drawback is that it is not in city center. 10-15 minutes by taxi so no major inconvenience.

“well, not bad for the money i paid”

Bad points: * Breakfast was not inclued the room so ask 16 Euro per person for breakfast that I decided to have my breakfast somewhere outside the hotel * Couldn't increas the room tempreture what ever i done it was back to 19 that felt cold when i go to sleep * shower wouldn't stand on holder and all the time was turning to one side, a bit annoyed as i have to hold it with one hand * u have to have car, need taxi to go to town centre Good Points: * quite and calm place * can hire bick for 7 euro per day and ride around if you want to feel ridding * free parking for you and your visitors

“Good business hotel”

This hotel is very classy and modern. The staff were great and anything I wanted they could arrange. The rooms have plenty of space and the furnishings are modern with a good bathroom including walk in shower. The hotel have also just made the wifi free also.

It's an hotel where you can feel comfortable with.

“Doubt I'll stay here again”

On the periphery of town so you need your own transport or wait for taxis to take you places. Handy for the zoo though. The walls of the corridor on my level had several low level holes, where I imagine people had bashed their bags but there didn't seem to be any effort to repair these. My biggest gripe is reserved for the room though. Mine was facing the reception area on the second floor which meant I had no outside window so no fresh air. Considering it was warm and the air conditioning seemed to take an age to respond I did not have a good sleep. It also meant that there was a distinct lack of privacy as you could be easily seen in your room so I had to have the curtains constantly drawn. There was no radio clock/alarm in the room either.

“Unclean room and bathroom: I'm not going back.”

I can put up with a lot but unclean bed sheets forcing me to sleep in my clothes and a great big clump of hair found of the floor of the bathroom just put me off coming back here again.

“Good hotel with very poor service and quality of beds”

The hotel is quit new and well built. Rooms are spacious. The mattress in all the rooms (we tried changing) are either very old or very worn down. They are much softer in the middle than the edges making it impossible to sleep face facing down, definitely not suitable for this type of hotel. The restaurant has a nice yet pricy menu, the food is OK but the service is awkward. We had to ask for things twice or three times and finally when we got one of the dishes one hour after ordering it and 30 minutes after the other dishes we decided to cancel it but the waitress explained that the kitchen is very bust and that is it. Hotel could improve and become a good choice if mattresses are replaced and some service expertise is added. We also experienced in all rooms frequent changes in water temperature making it unpleasant to shower.
