This is my 3rd stay at the property and I appreciate every time. The only thing I could comment on is the bumpy elevator when it stops at a the desired floor. It shakes and bounces as if we were in a six flags amusement park. That should be fixed, it's been like that for at least two years. Other than that, nice hotel nice staff.

General overview
Seemed like it was one of the greatest places in the town, but due to lack of visitors some services were neglected. Person servicing the breakfast buffet was looking like a building maintenance guy, slow cleaning the breakfast tables after guests, need some update on walls, furniture, mattress ext.

Great customer service and nice room and location, however the A/C was super loud in room 207 and came on every 10 minutes so it was hard to fall asleep.

Booked a room and was told upon arrival that they had no clean rooms and had to be turned away. This was after driving over an hour after booking since driving at 4am to midnight. Front desk staff was extremely rude and did nothing to try and help remedy the situation.

The appearance of the hotel is very nice, a few points about the room...the bed was not very comfortable and the soundproofing needs a big improvement, i could hear every conversation in the hall and the heater and fan in bathroom were way to loud. Lots of potential...great location and appearance.
