“Cumulus OY”

Room service was excellent except the food can get boring especially since we stayed for more than over a week. (The food is the same EVERYDAY!) Checked out was disappointed. As we had a very early flight (6+am) to take, although the counter staff was kind to help up booked a taxi upon our checked out (at 4am), he did not provide further assistant when he knew that Airport only opens at 5am and from hotel to airport takes only 10 to 20mins! The taxi came at 4.10am and we had no choice but take the taxi, and ended up having to be in the cold for nearly half hour before one of the airport staff opened the main door slightly before 5am.
