"The service from the staff was excellent and they couldn't of been more helpful. The food selection was great and cooked perfectly. Sadly some of the edges of carpet around the building is either missing or damaged. I can only assume this just happens with consistent use over a long period of time. Perhaps consider replacing the carpets in the building in the future when costs permit? One other minor thing would be to put power outlets closer to the bedside to allow phone charging at night without it being on the other side of the room. (Perhaps install just little USB ones?)"

"A good quality hotel in central Cheltenham. The hotel is smart; well maintained; and has very efficient check in staff. All in all very good, although i woukd have expected the tea/coffee to have been automatically been topped up when the room was serviced."

"Room was lovely good quality Teas, Nespresso coffee machine and king bed was huge and huge quality. Slept like a log. Bathroom shower was period and characterfull. B&O TV had amazing speakers and breakfast was excellent a-la-cart. Cant fault the experience. Shame was a work trip 😪 "
