They did allow us to drop our luggage off and wait for the apartment to be "cleaned." Had a playpen for toddler. Had a fan for us. (Highest seeing setting doesn't give much air.) "It's close to the train station, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It is a very basic room that does the job, but not very comfortable and the area itself can be pretty noisy at night so at times it can be difficult to sleep."
