“Great Value”

We just got back from a 7 day trip at this hotel. It was fantastic. Clean, quiet, free parking, and close to everything - by car. Free internet access in the lobby. Top value.....

“Nice Hotel”

Hotel Staff were very good ... Excellent Breakfast! Room was clean and quiet with necessary amenities. A vehicle is recommended. Excellent Spanish Restaurant (La Bodega) within 10 mins. walking distance.

“Great Staff”

The room was a bit warm even with the window open all night. The cab fair to the airport is 45 euros.... ouch. The staff was great and spoke good English.

“Simple Budget Hotel”

This is a simple hotel, catering to business travellers - a lot of airline folks seem to overnight there. Clean, no frills. quiet area - not tourist area. decent restaraunts around, not a bad choice for a seasoned traveller, not recommended for a tourist unfamiliar with the greater Frankfurt area.

“Honeymooning”

Hotel was great for a quick overnight. It's really close to anything, but definately clean and had good service. If you're not driving to the hotel. DO NOT TAKE SHUTTLE!!! There are 2 ACHAT Hotels and this one does not have a shuttle to it from the airport.

“NIce place”

Nice and clean, can't beat the rate. You will need a car to move around, it's 15 min drive from Frankfurt airport. You may want to eat breakfast somewhere else b/c it costs 12 euros per person to eat there. Would stay there again

“Good hotel”

Location is not great, but if you have a car it doesn't matter. Breakfast is great and is not included. Parking is free.

“Only in case of emergency”

Difficult to get at, not close to anything, and cramped rooms. Staff was helful and friendly, but the room was very cramped. Poor parking space not good if you have a rental.

“Good for short stay Bad for Long Stay”

Overall it was ok. I would have preferred to stay at a place with more amenities. The place had no gym/fitness room. The breakfast is hidden in the basement, which they failed to mentioned to me at check-in. The reception and bar are in one room together. Specs: This is a Comfort ACHAT, I recommend staying at Premium ACHAT.

“A bad experience”

The staff was friendly and did their best, so this review is not a condemnation of them. However, the refrigerator didn't work. The wireless internet, which cost 17 euros PER DAY, was down much of time I needed it most. The rather mediocre breakfast, which cost 12 euros, was out of scrambled eggs and bacon when I went down there, so I didn't do that again. The charges for laundry service were also outrageous. 4.90 euros for a single pair of pants, even short pants, is just ridiculous. They also misplaced a large bag of my laundry for 10 days. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
