“beautiful facility”

This was a beautiful place. Room was very roomy. We were there for a motorcycle rally and the facility handled it very well. We were very impressed with the room/beyond our expectations. Many of our friends are planning to stay there next year. Only trouble we had was upon checking in we were unaware of their policy on over charging debit cards. Because this particular card is used for "play" money for hotels we didn't allow for this additional charge. We will allow for it next time. Even though we had other cards the clerk seems confused. Manager handled situation with any other trouble. The only other trouble we had was mini refrig are delivered upon request. Even though we called 4 times we never saw one, nor were we called with an explaination as to why not. Otherwise, it's a beautiful place. Looking forward to next year.

After staying in a cabin we had rented for two nights we decided to give the Inn a try. The best thing for me was the soft and comfotable beds/pillows. Its also very convienent if you are going to be gamblind downstairs. Very nice property and very helpful staff.

“Great weeknight stay at great price!”

Contrary to some of the other reviews on this site, our room was clean and comfortable. A couple of light fixtures needed some light dusting but other than that, the room was fine. The beds were soft and the sheets were clean as well. We travelled with a 3 yr and a 1 yr old. We enjoyed room service for dinner and breakfast. The food arrived within 20 minutes. Breakfast arrived on time as we asked the night before. We called room service and they didn't answer, however, they called back to take our order. The grounds were very nice as was the lobby and bar area. The service was good also, at least with the people we dealt with.

Could have used some carpet cleaner on the carpet. Other than that, very nice place to stay. I will return.

“Issues”

As indicated above, my wife and I were very satisfied overall but there are two issues that troubled us: 1) fire alarm went off for about 3 seconds at 3:30am, and 2) I got a bad case of bed bugs on my head and in my hair--guessing they were in the pillow.

We arrived at the hotel, it had garage parking and was free. We checked in and did not have to wait, our room was ready. Room was awesome, very clean and private. Noise level was to a minimum which was great. Very spacious. Great Service by all the employees, from check in counter to maids to cashier at gift store, and even the bartender. We did not ever have to leave hotel because it had everything. Food, entertainment, things for the whole family to do. Swimming, weight room, game room, restaurants, bar, casino. Beautiful views from the window and balcony. We enjoyed our stay. We will definetly stay there again.
