The hotel is gorgeous and the view will take your breath away. The casino in located in the hotel which was very convenient...there is a walking trail around the lake which we enjoyed every morning and evening. The restaurant and buffet located in the hotel were both above average!...we loved the entire stay.

“Beautiful in Ruidoso”

The views were awesome! It snowed the whole time we were there and it was so beautiful! The room was spacious and very comfortable, I was overall very impressed and can't wait to go back again!

We arrived at the hotel, it had garage parking and was free. We checked in and did not have to wait, our room was ready. Room was awesome, very clean and private. Noise level was to a minimum which was great. Very spacious. Great Service by all the employees, from check in counter to maids to cashier at gift store, and even the bartender. We did not ever have to leave hotel because it had everything. Food, entertainment, things for the whole family to do. Swimming, weight room, game room, restaurants, bar, casino. Beautiful views from the window and balcony. We enjoyed our stay. We will definetly stay there again.

After staying in a cabin we had rented for two nights we decided to give the Inn a try. The best thing for me was the soft and comfotable beds/pillows. Its also very convienent if you are going to be gamblind downstairs. Very nice property and very helpful staff.

“Great Hotel”

When we arrived there was a long line but got service fast. The rooms were very clean, beautiful, and comfortable, but lets face it one doesnt really go there for the beauty of the room. We enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding outdoors, casino, and town. While we stayed my new wife and I tried all of the resort resturaunts for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner and found the food to be delicous. The buffet was great and had a huge selection of different kinds of food and deserts. Since it was somewhat of our honeymoon I didnt really gamble but I have played blackjack at that casino in the past. My suggestion if you plan to gamble be prepared to deal with some rude casino employees. I have nothing but nice things to say about the hotel and their services, but it is like night and day when it comes to their casino. The whole experiance is almost like they are paid to treat you like "poo" on the casino floor. The service at the casino didnt suprise me since I have been treated similarly in the past but what comforted me throughout our stay was the nice people that were running the hotel. Cheers!

“Excellent service!”

Our stay at Inn of the Mountain Gods was awesome. Although I knew check in was not until sometime in the afternoon, we checked on our room when we arrived in town. They were so friendly and checked to see if our room was ready, even though it was several hours before check in time. We were able to go right to our room! This was great since we only had a little more than 24 hours to explore and enjoy our mini break. We also ate at both restaurants during our stay. The food was good, prices reasonable, and service was quick and friendly. We will definitely return to the Inn and its beautiful mountain setting.
