Location: ALL WAS GREAT
We've stayed in this hotel a couple of times, considering it is under renovation, it wasn't too bad, we were disapointed becuase we couldn't use the pool, but the service was great as well as the rooms.

Hotel under constructionPosted Mar 30, 2015
The hotel is under construction and not all the amenities offered had been available, it was no note when at the time of reservation. Also there were construction workers all over the place. The staff was ok, therefore it was not as uncomfortable as it could had been.

Out dated hotelPosted Mar 23, 2015
One reason for booking this hotel was for indoor pool, which is being remodel. The room was out dated. The bath room was out dated and cracked all over the bathroom. The toilet was in the dry walk and vanity was at your knees. The cleaning was OK. Have the cleaning screw moved the nightstand and clean. The iron board need cleaning and iron. The bed are very uncomfortable. My family will not return. The best parts of the hotel are free breakfast and heating and cooling unit.

Cons: Notification by Expedia prior.
I wish I had been told the hotel was under renovation. I picked it because of pool and WiFi. None available. Staff and breakfast great.

Decent HotelPosted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: It was conveniently located
Cons: The biggest problem we encountered were other impolite guests! Slamming doors and arguing/fighting and being loud! Would be nice if people were more c
Location: Lots to see and do. We enjoyed sightseeing and visiting historical places like Lincoln, Smokey Bear memorial and museums.
The hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed there. We very seldom even noticed the work though. As far as the renovations, all was quiet. There were some minor inconveniences such as no elevator, no on site dining or lounge but it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very good, took great care of us.

I DIDN'T KNOW that the hotel DIDN'T, Have pool at the time. Also when I told the front desk attended she had an attitude. The kids and myself were real dissapointed in that the pool wasn't available. Took my kids thinking they were going to be allowed to swim, but no luck. They were really looking towards that.

Currently renovatingPosted Feb 9, 2015
I booked 2 rooms and paid 90+ per room, as they're advertising an indoor heated pool. Nowhere did they say at their website and expedia that the pool is closed and has been under renovation. Had I known I would have booked somewhere else. I felt shortchanged.
