Piles of trash everywhere , smelly, dirty

Our 45 anniversary, very disgusting! Definitely not worth the $160 per night. Very sad experience. We've stayed in other Ramada inns and had a much nicer experience . We feel like we were cheated.

The hotel needs a good scrubbing! The business center was out of service, the wi-fi was spotty, the laundry facility was out of service and the breakfast was embarrassing. Would never recommend this to anyone!

Not coming back

Pros: Easy access to highway, well lit.
Cons: This hotel needs a complete and detailed remodel and probably additional staff.
Location: Close to attractions, race track, casino dining and shopping.
Arrived at the Ramada after 3 hrs. on the road. Check in was easy, but on the way to the room I began to notice the wear and tear on the facility and not as clean as you would expect for a Ramada product. Furniture in the room was worn and torn, bathroom was worn and you could tell repairs were not exactly done professionally. Upon checkout the front desk was unattended even though I waited, I finally just left my key on the counter and left the hotel. I was not totally surprised when I checked my account to find I had been charged for 2 nights when I was only there one night. It took some effort to get that issue corrected. Therefore not coming back to this hotel.

Not a clean hotel

Hotel was so dirty. Trash cans outside were so full that trash was piled up around it. The room was awful. The chair had stains all over it. Dust covering everything. Bathroom floor was sticky. Cigarette burns in the blanket. We looked for another place to stay but everyone was full. It really ruined our trip. A guy in the elevator told us they were driving home because of the conditions of his room.

The hotel needs serious updatig. Would not stay here again as other options are available. I expected more from Ramada Inn.

I paid 134 for a room the first room I got was very dirty didn't look like it was ever cleaned at all they gave us another room and that was cleaned up , the hotel is is need of some work also ,they need more hotel staff they only had one girl working and was having to do everything alone for the entire hotel, the girl I checked out with seemed not happy and I didn't feel very welcome with how she was I was glad I was checking out ,guess she was working alone too they didn't have much of a selection for breakfast so we didn't eat there, I won't stay there again

Pros: Had a room
Cons: Needs some maintenance.
Location: Ruidoso, skiing winter and Horses in summer, fishing ,casinos and dining.
Opening day of horse races , wife decides to go to Ruidoso,NM ffor weekend.Ramada had 1 room. Had good service,and decent room .

Awful experience

Cons: remodel, change the general mgr.
We stayed on the momorial weekend. we reserved two room at $164 each(fees and taxes not included). I knew it was over priced but I expected a clean and updated facility at least. Someone walked in the door around 10:30pm while we were in the room and we found out that the door was not locking at all. The safety lock on the top was broken too. We requested to change the room but they said "no room left to change". At 11pm, they tried to call a maintenance man, but could not have him come in. A Front desk clerk finally have the door knob to turn. We could not talk to MGR when we checked out. Called the MGR back after the trip; Mgr offered $20 for the next trip (spent almost $400 @ 2 rm a night) but the outdated hotel rooms:old bed spreads, ice machine not working, broken door locks, also shameless price... No way going back.

Room disappointment

Pros: Convienience to downtown
Cons: Have the cleaning staff vacuum the rooms better, or possibly may need new equipment if not working properly. Maybe have quality control check.
Location: Walmart, Billy the Kid Casino, and on main road in order to drive to Inn of Mountain Gods Casino.
We had no cups in the room. The room was not vacuumed very good. I had stayed at this particular hotel before and was wandering what was going on. I then noticed the sign out front saying they needed help. They definitely need more help, rooms are not being attended to properly, most likely because of no help.
