Overall pleased with the hotel. Although the hotel did not offer any toothpaste everything else was nice.

When first walking in, you can smell the chlorine from the indoor pool at the check-in desk. And while the indoor pool is a nice attraction, the chlorine levels in the pool seemed very high (I could still smell it ony my skin after taking a shower). The hotel itself was ok. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Price was very affordable.

“Pleased with Ramada Ruidoso”

We had a long drive to Ruidoso and everything was ready for us upon our arrival. This created a pleasant no surpises experience. We had friends meet us in Ruidoso and Ramada Ruidoso accomodated them without any reservations.

would say cheap and nasty, but it wasnt so cheap, they could upgrade accomodations quality, breakfast meal, cleanliness and fix the ice machines, even the breakfast waiter hiked to the third floor to get ice to cool down the juice. They need to pick up their game big time, not the nicest Ramada there is!!

comfortable stay. Only 2 problems, 1. only ice maker on 3rd floor working. 2. bathroom fans were disconnected.

“Not comming back NEVER !!!”

I reserved a 2 bed room and when I open the room it was not clean. I was sent to a 1 bed room because it was the only one that was available. The fridge and the telephone at the room did not work, so I wasn’t able to ask for a wakeup call. Next morning at the breakfast bar was almost empty because they where out of food. When I check the balance on my card I was double charge the amount , once by Expedia and other one for the Ramada Hotel . It really was a nightmare what I went through with this experience.

“Value priced but too noisey”

The walls in this hotel must be made of cardboard. No sleep the first night because it was so loud. We could have swore the people above us were playing a game of basketball till after 1pm. The noise from the hallway was terrible also. Second night was just as bad but we were so tired from no sleep night before that we were able to get as least some sleep. Faucet in bath tub would not turn off all the way so water always running...Bath towels very terrible...fared on edges. something I would normally use to dry by car after washing. Overall clean in the room and lobby area..Staff very friendly. Forget the breakfast..cereal, toast, boiled eggs!
