I always have enjoyed staying at this facility. I'll miss it when it converts to La Quinta.

It's a good thing that they're "rebranding".

Posted May 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stayed at this hotel a year ago as well while on a business trip. Price was right and the location is very commutable to and from any direction. The building needed a little love but it was adequate for the price. The lobby was nice and there was a bar/restaurant on the property which is convenient. It was closed this time. The "love" that the building needed mentioned above had not happened and a year later, the common areas were looking a bit neglected. The room was ok but the carpet was pretty rough. The bed was very comfortable. No alarm clock in the room. Great water pressure (that's a big deal in a lot of hotels these days) but the tub was nasty under the mat. I didn't notice that until I got out of the shower and the mat had shifted. The ice machine was broken (since last year) on my floor and apparently on every floor so I had to go to the front desk for ice. The staff was nice and retrieved some ice from the machine in the no closed restaurant/bar leaving me wondering how maintained/ clean the machine was. The business center computer was broken so I had to have the office print my boarding pass. I was told that the property was closing in June and being rebranded. I hope they do a complete remodel and not just a coat of paint and a new sign.

Too late to cancel ....

Posted May 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was disappointed to learn that we didn't have a microwave nor a refrigerator in the room, however there is an iron , ironing board and a coffee maker in the room! I prefer that I can "choose" what I NEED in the room versus what is considered "standard." I prefer something that I can really use especially as a parent THERE ARE stuffs that needs to be in refrigerator and something that needs to be heated WITHOUT having to tow your children down the reception area to heat stuff. The room is supposedly GOOD for 4 people but towels, supplies are for 2 people only. Room was cleaned every day, but supplies like shampoo and soap were not replenished during our 3-night stay. If I could cancel and have another hotel that has what I need I would. Will not stay in this hotel again.

Looks like it was once a nice hotel but has become a little rundown and aged.

Comfortable place to stay near Philadelphia.

Posted Apr 29, 2014
Pros: location cleanliness easy parking
Cons: followilng up on 20% discount for 2 day stay amenities like luggage rack for unpacking, refrig for cold drings
Location: comforatable distance from Philadelphia good, unpretentious restaurants with quick service - diner - Philly Diner and Adelphia
The 4-story hotel is comfortable, clean and appropriate for proximity to Philadelphia. The amenities are minimal; for example, there was no available luggage rack for unpacking, refrig and microwave are extra charges. Likewise, the management refused to credit the 20% discount that was advertised for a stay of 2 days or more, saying that the offer doesn't apply to Expedia reservations. Issue should be addressed for us and other Expedia users.

HORRIBLE!

Posted Apr 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
I WOULD NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN! I WAS IN TOWN FOR MY WEDDING. I BOOKED THE ROOM FOR MYSELF, MY SPOUSE AND OUR CHILDREN. I WAS CHARGED A RATE THRU HOTELS.COM WHICH COVERED ALL 5 PEOPLE. BUT THE HOTEL CHARDED ME FOR 4 ADDITIONAL PEOPLE STATING THE RATE ONLINE DID NOT INCLUDE THE 4 EXTRA PEOPLE I BOOKED FOR. THEY THEN REFUSED TO REFUND US FOR THE OVERAGE. SO I WAS ESSENTIALLY DOUBLE BILLED! STAFF SO UNCOOPERATIVE AND REFUSED TO GET ISSUE RESOLVED. WE ALSO HAD A DO NOT DISTURB HANGING ON THE DOOR AND HOUSEKEEPING WENT INTO THE ROOM ANYWAY. AND LEFT NOTES EVERYWHERE ABOUT OUR BELONGINGS. THEN THE FRONT DESK COMPLAINED THAT OUR CLOTHES WERE NOT IN LUGGAGE BUT IN A TOTE. THATS HOW WE CARRY OUR ITEMS. JUST HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY, WEDDING FRIENDLY AT ALL ESPECIALLY AFTER DRIVING FROM GEORGIA TO NEW JERSEY TO GET MARRIED.
