The park

Very nice to be able to over look the park and walk around. Two cafes to have your morning coffee and watch the dogs at play.

Good hotel very pleased for the price

Posted Jan 21, 2015
booked this for a few £ more than a private room in a hostel and was extremely happy, no issues at all the staff very always friendly and helpful and the location is very close to kings cross (short walk maybe 5 minutes). If you are looking to stay in kings cross this is a great choice.

Hard Beds

Posted Jan 19, 2015
Cons: The parking charges were too much. Reduce the charges from like $25 to $5 a day.
The Beds were very old, you could feel the springs through the mattress. Internet was 100mb every 24 hours. Half the time it didn't work. I told the front desk that the internet was not working, and they charged me 9.95 for more internet, instead of trying to figure out why my room internet was not working. I feel like I got nickel and dimed for everything. Parking was ridiculous at $25 a day. We stayed 12 days for an extended stay. I would not stay there again.

Nice location with easy access to the centre

Posted Jan 11, 2015
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. My only negative comment was that the hotel bar closed very early. I wanted to get a nightcap after returning from a meal and it was closed at only 22:00.

Bad bed

Posted Jan 8, 2015
Nice hotel, with the worst bed, king bed was two singles joined together! But worse both mattreress were all lumpy & the pillows flat & lumpy. Have slept in beds like that in small town pubs but expect better from Vibe.

Tried to check in early, room was not available, no problem with that, but tried to get room key at 6:30pm and room was still not available, but was compensated by the manager, overall very nice hotel

The Vibe hotel was nicely situated. Its location allowed easy access to all of Sydney. The view from the rooftop swimming pool was spectacular. Well maintained facilities and pleasant staff.
