“Will be just great when construction is completed”

Resort is a nice place away from it all. Rooms have an attractive, modern, Asian feel to them. Very new and clean with granite countertops and nice bedding. The entire island is under construction, however, so it's a little harder to appreciate the exteriors. Restaurant food was mediocre, but adequate. Beach is small, but nice and private...offers a good view of St. Petersburg across the bay. This is a good place to go if you just want to relax and don't feel the need to have "city stuff" nearby. Overall, a very nice stay for the weekend and will look much nicer once the build out of the island is complete.

“Some for everyone”

The resort employees seemed genuinely concerned about the comfort of the guests. The resort worked out perfectly for my family. My 15 year old daughter who needs to be busy all the time and my 17 year old daughter who likes to lay by the pool were both happy. Our room had two twin sofabeds for the girls and a king bed for my husband and I. The resort was very quite, which was a refreshing change. The food at the Sunset Grill was good. Overall, we were happy with our stay at The Resort & Club at Little Harbor.

very nice hotel.we stayed in the 3 br condo with dck overlooking the harbour.very spacious and comfortable.equip with all ammenities.house cleaning very prompt.we would stay there again.

A perfect location away from heavy traffic. 1/2 between Tampa and Sarasota. A terrific fried-green tomato platter at the restaurant.

“Best Hidden Secret in the Tampa/ST. Petersburg area”

This is a wonderful place to stay, and so much better than a hotel room! There is so much to do right on the property! A private beach, beautiful pool, nice restaurant, and a great room to stay in when on vacation. It is beautifully decorated, and all rooms have the capability of making your own meals. We travel a lot all over the world and would rate Little Harbor as one of the best accommodations that we have stayed in. It is located off the beaten path, but it has easy access to get to where you want to be in this area of Florida.

“Would go back in a heart beat!”

Had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a private beach, close to Tampa and St. Petersburg for day trips. Two restaurants with great food. For a break from hectic life style this is a nice quite retreat.

“Beatifully appointed, but way off the beaten path”

Definately in the middle of nowhere. About 45 minutes from anywhere worth visiting (St. Petes Beach, Sarasota -- a long drive at the end of a long day beaching and dining and having a few drinks). That said, hotel rooms are beautifully appointed, although as of 5/05 the complex is heavily under construction. Great views of the bay and harbor, wonderful staff.

“The Most Excellent Resort & Club at Little Harbor”

A beautiful setting with outstanding sunsets!!! The resort was secluded and quiet. The rooms were spacious and clean. All amenities as promised. We can hardly wait for a return trip. Highly recommend.

I had the most fabulous time this past march at the resort. The condo was gorgeous, the staff excellent especially the groundsmen/maintenance....loved them. Not to the mention the best bartender at the tiki lounge Jamie..she was the best

“Excellent Stay”

Myself and my wife stayed at Little Harbor June 4th and 5th. Check in was easy, fast and friendly. Our junior waterview suite (4th floor building B) was large, clean, well decorated and had a tremendous view. The sandy beach area was great. The restaurant and bar facilities were right at the beach and provided a great atmosphere. Food was not gourmet but certainly fine. The location of the resort is not walking distance to anything but near Sun City Center where we were visiting. It also seems a 30-45 minute drive from other attractions. Check out was fast and the desk person was friendly and helpful, gonig out of her way to help us print our boarding passes for the plane. The sunsets were spectacular. We would definitely stay again if we are in that area.
