From the front deck clerks to the kitchen staff, everyone was very hospitable. Breakfast had lots of choices for all family members and people on special diets. Would stay here again

The room I booked per the description and picture had a full size sofa bed and seating area. The room I was given at checkin was much smaller and did not have a sofa sleeper at all.

Great place. Very clean, very friendly. If you are sensitive to noise, make sure you ask for a room opposite the highway. It was very noisy. Breakfast was great.

If your room is on the I-20 side, expect a lot of noise from cars & trucks.

We do have sound dampening windows however it doesn't completely cancel out highway noise. We also have earplugs available at the front desk- and they're always complimentary..
The breakfast is okay, but eggs taste fake.
The turning point going to the hotel can be somewhat confusing, make sure you're not turning on I-20 or it will cause you 20 minutes to get back.

It was actually an amazing stay. The first room we were issued smelled like smoke and I was quickly moved to a better room. If you're looking for a hotel with great customers and top flight amenities this is your stop.

Noisy rooms on interstate-20 side. Curtains were shredded on arrival, so question what else I missed in cleanliness and preparation. Desk staff were friendly and apologetic.

Found hotel to be clean and comfortable. We did find tv not working and a/c not working correctly. When we called front desk we were told they would come when they could but only had one person on duty. Needless to say they never came to room. Disappointing to say the least. Will find other place to stay if I return to that area
