the spa is not included in the hotel. there is a discount but it is not free. good news is that it is not expensive. however when asked to go see it before i bought the entry i was told it could not be seen, so i would have had to firat buy a ticket then see it. felt a bit like a scam. so of course i did not go in. otherwise it looks nice, breakfast is very nice and the location very nice. for off season in november it was a good price too

Staff spoke no English. Breakfast was awful. Spa and facilities were laughable. Massage was painful. Hot tub was freezing. Rooms were not soundproof so very noisy on Friday night with parties below. shower not attached to wall and no shower curtain so completely soaked bathroom.

This Hotel looks great
Great from the outside but disappoints when you get inside . The staff are unfriendly and unsociable . The Hotel hosted 4 evening parties outside in the pool area during our 7 night stay which were loud and went on until past midnight. Good location close to a town with plenty of resturants to try. No tea making facilities and the breakfast was very poor .

Great stay! nice spa!
The hotel is a great fine in the area. The town is not far away about 3-5 mins drive. Buzzing town during dinner time. Lunch at the hotel was good. I had massage and manicure at the spa, it was great experience. The hotel was clean and as shown in picture. we enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this area if you are visiting. Breakfast buffet was average breakfast choice.

Lovely hotel in quiet area.
Very nice hotel in quiet hotel but 10 mins.walk from pretty town. Nice comfortable room. Great breakfast. Kind and friendly staff. Town only 10 mins.walk away for restaurants, bars,shops and cafes. I had 2 beautiful spa treatments and would definitely reccomend. I would like to go back again.

Very pleasant but...
This is a very nice hotel and the room we had was superb. The service is very good in general BUT in the end we were very disappointed because, unfortunately we left something behind in the room and when we remembered, less than 12 hours later and contacted the hotel, we were advised it was "too late" and they had already "thrown away" our property. So, if you go, enjoy your stay, but make sure you leave nothing behind!

Lovely stay, but website misleading
The hotel was lovely, very modern, very well equiped, free wi-f- etc and staff were very helpful. Fab restaurant which is great for dinner if you don't want to leave the hotel. The problems we encountered were that the hotel advertised a fitness suite, but when we arrived, we discovered it had ben turned into a couples massage room and the website had not been updated. We stayed in a separate outbuilding which had a lovely little private patio. We didn't choose to be here, but it was a welcome surprise. The only thing was the free wifi was only available in the main building. Not a massive issue for our stay, but for a business customer, it is worth noting and requesting to stay in main room. Aside from that, very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend. Ruvo is small, but a nice town, not far from Bari on train or if you want to stay in the town, there are nice restaurants there, a few shops and a market too.

Fantastic Service
We stayed one night to break up our journey from Naples to Lecce, the staff made us very welcome, giving us a lovely room with a terrace and helping us with directions for our forward journey. Lovely room and breakfast.

Good business hotel
Very good quality hotel in a good position for the town. Very nice room and a great welcome pack on arrival. The hotel restaurant was very good quality with excellent staff. The secure parking in an underground garage was also superb.

Five stars for Hotel Pineta/Ruvo
The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. We had a room with a water view of the Adriatic, however, it was a bit away. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying and adequate. I would recommend this hotel without any reservations.

Superb hotel in a quiet and charming town
Superb hotel with a lovely view of the distant sea from the rooms. Rooms are spacious and modern. The pool area is great for having a relaxing time. The hotel restaurant is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a massage in the SPA facility which was great. Only two minor points... they could have given sauna facilities for free (instead of charging 25£ per hour) and the wifi signal does not work in the room. Overall we had a great beautiful stay at such a reasonable price.

Nice hotel
Stayed for three nights at the end of our annual holiday. The hotel is modern, clean and has all the usual services including free wifi and car parking. The rooms are not particularly large but do represent the usual modern built hotel and have expected facilities. Pool is good size with loungers but was prone to guests "bagging" loungers with towels early in the day and not materialising until much later. Very selfish and disrespectful but it happens. Breakfasts are ok again usual fare. Good place to stay if using Bari airport as only 30 min drive.

The hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms were small but adequate. Lighting was very low. Obtaining food after breakfast and before dinner( dining room opened st 8PM) was not possible at hotel.

Good hotel that went through a complete renovation. Very pleasant room (was upgraded to a superior room) Professional staff. Wifi in room. Breakfast was ok. Airport is about 40 minutes away. (Be careful with morning commute). Would recommend.

Excellent modern hotel near enchanting town
A well thought out superbe modern hotel - hugely helpful staff. Very secure gated compound 600m from centre of town. Well signed from main roads but still a bit difficult to find. Puglia is well worth a visit as an ancient small town, particularly at night. As with many European hotels there was no coffee or tea making facilities in room. Nevertheless we had an excellent stay.

La Pineta - the sleek, modern look
We chose this hotel as a base for visiting Puglia - Grotte Castellana, Alberobello and Gargano. We wanted something modern as opposed to traditional, and were very pleased with our choice (especially as we were given an upgraded room). We had one dinner at the hotel (we were the only diners). Very attentive service, but fairly ordinary, bland cooking.

Very good hotel
This is a lovely hotel, very modern and new. Rooms are very spacious with air conditioning, but our room was very hot. We tried to regulate the air conditioning but it appears to be pre set. We could not open the window either and it was the second day of our stay that one of our party hit the switch (by accident behind the curtain) to open the window. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of fruit, cereals, meat, cheese, yogurts and much more. We also had dinner in the hotel and it was equally good. The hotel is about twenty five minutes from the airport so it is advisable to hire a car. The hotel is within walking distance of the town of Ruvo and as our time was limited we did not get to explore the town fully. The hotel also has a very nice pool with plenty of lounging space around it.

Totale relax
Avevamo bisogno di un paio di giorni di totale relax e così è stato. I servizi della Spa , l’ottimo ristorante e la cortesia del personale hanno fatto il resto. Camera sufficientemente grande e comanda. Torneremo sicuramente.
