I was looking for a room in Carthage, Tx and somehow was booked a non refundable room in Center, Tx. I would NEVER use Expedia Again !!

Easiest check in ever! 3 minutes! That was amazing it was clean , the room, outside needed attention. Pool was clean. Staff pleasant, but short handed. Decent breakfast too
We really enjoyed staying here, my husband and I are traveling for work with our kids this summer and having the pool and great location was perfect for us. The manager lady is very wonderful and does everything she can for everyone! Pool was clean and lots of other families stayed here when we were there too!

Nice but flies were a pain.
The motel was nice and even though it is older it is kept in nice condition. The folks are very friendly and helpful.
Our problem was flies in the room. We bought a fly swatter and some hanging fly tape to help get rid of them.
The fact that I did not reserve a room. I told Expedia twice to cancel.
Your hotel charged me for a room that I never requested.
Your issue is with expedia not me. Kindly refund my money.
I requested a room in Carson City Nevada.

We booked got to the hotel. No electricity we weren’t informed about this there was no one there obviously we didn’t stay tried contacting someone to get a refund and so far no response.
Room was very spacious and clean. What I didn’t like about it was No Alarm Clock, phone wasn’t working, and the desk manager acted like it was no big deal, the remote worked, but the top of it kept coming off, and if you were on the far side, you either had to walk quite a ways or drive to get ice. The breakfast was GREAT!!
The room was clean, affordable and quiet during my visit all the things I require from a hotel. And the check in and check out process was just as easy staff friendly enough said.. I’ll definitely be back
The hotel appeared good from the outside but inside was horrible. They built the hotel and it looks like it has just been neglected since then. Stains on sheets and cigarette burns on comforters. Walls and doors were just dirty. Carpet ripping from the walls and bathtub felt like you were going to fall through to the first floor when you got in it
Room had a stinky odor. Air conditioner would not shut off. Toilet has flushing problem. Squeaky sound from the refrigerator. It does have really good water pressure and the air conditioner will freeze you out.
Upon check-in I found that the TV did not work, but the staff got it swapped out within about 5 minutes. Otherwise, everything was about expected.

The hotel is okay but somethings could stand to be upgraded. Even though the towels were fresh they were dingy and needed to be replaced. Good thing I brought my own. It's an okay place for the price.
do not recommend this place , it was not cleaned very well all over and there were a used pair of underwear laying beside the night side that tells me they do not clean . also employee's were rude right from the get go so we did not even complain to them or even talk to them after check in

Lady at desk was really nice and helpful. The room could have been a little cleaner a roach was running up the wall no air conditioning was on room smelled musty. After killing the roach and turning on the air conditioning as well as I used a lot of air freshener it ended up ok. Good breakfast
It's cheap you definitely get what you pay for. Dont expect to much.
