Horrible customer servicePosted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: It is within walking distance of our family.
Cons: Customer service needs to be improved. I am not usually someone that complains, but the staff here were rude and unhelpful.
Location: Shopping mall, gold country
We have stayed here before but this was the worst visit we have had and will not stay here again. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. One morning we had the do not disturb sign on the door. The front desk called to ask when we were leaving the room so they could clean it. They did not refill all the amenities while we were there, left a cleaning rag in the room, and the beds are EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable. We will not stay there again even though it is within walking distance of family.

The mattress was like a rock. The wallpaper was starting to come off the walls and the carpet was stained and frayed.

Great- while attending a near by eventPosted Sep 24, 2013
Cons: Wondered by there was a fist size rock behind one of the tables. Maybe better room inspection by staff.
staff was able to give us a handicap room which was a last minute request.

Nice place to stayPosted Sep 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
We needed a place near Lincoln to overnight and this was very good. My teenager liked the breakfast and the sofabed. The staff was accommodating. I would stay again but wish there was a Comfort Inn closer to Lincoln.

Good Location, Okay ServicePosted Aug 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall it was a good stay, the service at the desk and the breakfast assistant were not very friendly. Great pool and hot tub, so the kids were delighted with that. Comfortable, clean, and very close to lots of shopping.

Nice HotelPosted Aug 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our stay was comfortable and overall a great experience. The breakfast included was fantastic. Was a distance from our destination but the location itself was nice. Loved the car wash and shop next door. Only drawback for a king size bed the pillows were small. I mean little squares, 8 of them. Rates were a bit pricey and the most expensive of our trip.

Not worth the price - great breakfast, bad roomPosted Aug 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
We booked this hotel because we are relocating to the area and my daughter's first day of school had come, but we didn't have the keys to our new house yet, so we didn't want to miss the first day of school. This was the closest hotel to her schoool. I was disappointed to say the least. The hotel looks great from the outside, but the room was lacking. The wall paper was peeling, the matress was caved-in, the tv had bad reception and the remote only worked if you were directly in front of the tv. The colors and patterns were mismatched. There was a huge gouge in the bath tub and the outlet in the bathroom was loose. The elevator was stifling hot and the lobby was furnished with cheap plastic counter-height tables. The saving grace was the breakfast which was way more than I expected after the condition of the guest room. Hot breakfast (scrambled eggs and sausage, waffle maker) as well as the usual breakfast cereals, rolls, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, milk, coffee. I won't be recommending my family stay here when they come visit.
