“Comfort Suites is comfort anywhere”

Comfort Suites seems to have mastered the art of the chain hotel, at least in my experience. You pretty much know what you're going to get, about what you'll pay for it, the fact that it will be comfortable and have nice amenities, and you don't have to search to long to find it. If you're not looking for unique surroundings or greater luxury, these hotels serve well. Davis is no exception.

“Great place, great area!”

Great place to stay - pool is small but cute and sunny. Wonderful restaurants close by!

“Comfortable and convenient”

Hotel front desk was very helpful with directions. We stayed 2 nights for an event at UC Davis - very convenient to hotel. Room was larger than usual and beds were comfortable.

“Super quiet haven.”

The room was beautiful and very well maintained. What I liked about it was the quietness of the A/C, and heater. We kept it on all night at very low levels and had a wonderful rest. The bathroom also had a quiet vent, not the small airplane motor in a duct that most motels have. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Great room, really comfortable beds, great to have a fridge, free internet access.

Easy to get to and convenient to UC Davis campus, but outside of the crowded Davis downtown area. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, complimentary breakfast was fine.

We found this a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel close to UC Davis.

We chose this hotel for the location and rate. We were very satisfied, would stay there again and would recommend this hotel for others. Comfortable and quiet.

“Large rooms for good prices”

Better than basic hotel. Breakfast is not wonderful, but not terrible either. Rooms are large and well appointed. Location is a bit non-central but convenient enough. A good choice for the Davis area.

“Very nice and comfortable hotel, as long as...”

We stayed at the hotel for a conference for 4 days. The hotel rooms are very clean, beds are confortable (we had 2 queen beds, yay) and there was lot of light in the room. It is a 10min walk to the downtown and there are shops just beside to buy stuff you need. In addition there is free wireless internet. The only complain I have is the quality of the breakfast. The same buffet (egg, potato and self-made pancake). Overall, comparing to another hotel my friends stayed (with the same price), I would definitely stay there again.
