wonderful staff. one staff member even offered his sports medicine abilities, when he seen the ice on my daughter's wrist, to help out an injury from our rugby tournament.

Couldn't find important box delivered to the hotel

Pros: Staff was nice & helpful in giving advice about restaurants, travel times & traffic The rooms were beautiful. When we had TV prob. help came fast.
Cons: Just having the staff notified about where packages are stored..Keep all items for the same person together.
I drove 4 hours to stay in the hotel and meet up with a sales rep that flew in from the east coast. He had his samples delivered to the hotel by Fed Ex. Fed Ex verified that it had been received by the hotel, but when he arrived he was told that they were missing a box. It was the box that had the samples that I and a group driving in from Nevada were all meeting to see. The rep was in a panic because he also needed that box to take with him down to Carmel to an important client. Much to our relief the staff FINALLY found it some time later and we were able to proceed with work, but the delay and the anxiety surrounding the missing box was stressful. I do not blame the staff at the desk for this. They were extremely nice and just as upset as we were about the situation. There needs to be better communication between those who sign for freight and those who deliver it to the guests.

Clean and newly renovated. Got a Great deal online. Check in was quick and the room was awesome, defiantly git more than what I paid for.

Needs lots of work..

Cons: The entire hotel and its food service.
The room was old and run down, but the bathroom appeared to have been updated. No small fridge or microwave. Very small pillows on the bed that your head would almost sink down to the bed. The morning buffet was horrible. The bacon was half cooked and some of the sausages were either over cooked or appeared to be half cooked like the bacon. The eggs were water and some of the cheese was not melted. If you had voucher for the breakfast it was free. I did not have a voucher and had to pay $12.95. I brought swimming trunks since I saw the hotel has a pool. When I walked by the pool to go to my room I noticed the water in the pool to be covered with small white flowers from the trees in the pool area. 75% of the water surface was covered with these flowers. I would definitely not make this my first place to stay in this area. I guess if you are just looking for a place to sleep and move on than this place would work for you.

Elevators were out of service, hotel is outdated. But the room was very comfortable

The room is nice enough, but it is just nicer finishes on a an old and tired hotel. Odd location, it is on a dead end street overlooking a Ford dealership.

Nice place to stay, very quiet, and clean

Pros: Easy to get to and right down the street from Starbucks. That's a huge plus for me.
Cons: The room was a little dusty which made my allergies go nuts, but everything else was fine.
Location: Not that far from Thundervalley casino and great places to eat along the way there. Plus Old Sac is not far either.
When we first arrived the staff was very friendly and made checking in very easy, and even though the hotel was pretty much completely booked we had a very quiet night sleep. Plus the king size bed was super comfortable.

convenient and got the job done. no huge frills, but I didn't need it! we were just in town for a couple of days.
