Comfortable / Near Freeways, but quiet inside

Posted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: convenience to downtown
Cons: quality of the breakfast
Location: Sacramento Convention Center
It was a good experience. Very convenient to downtown Sacramento . . 2 to 3 minutes each way. The food was not as good; however, the oatmeal was good.

The bed was too hard for a side sleeper.

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: good location
Cons: customer service
Location: close to downtown and Old Sacramento
It was about what I expected for as motel but the cost was better than most places I looked at.

Nice place

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: The bed was good.
Cons: The pillows are too big in fluffiness.
Location: Location was good because there was a Denny's nearby for late food.
The room was nice and clean. It was good to have a microwave and fridge. The TV was good. It was nice to have a couch and a work table. I really liked how the hotel was locked up and needed a key to get inside to the rooms.

Cheap and convenient!

Posted Feb 4, 2015
Pros: The staff was great.
Cons: For some reason the dresser was not level and the top drawer kept opening. Easily remedied by lifting it up a bit and sticking a magazine beneath.
Location: Easy to get on and off the freeway, and walkable to convenience store and restaurants.
The two gentlemen who checked us in upon arrival were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to a great Mexican restaurant, so no need to walk back after a couple of Margaritas! The coffee in the morning from the lobby was perfect. If you are looking for a first class hotel, this is not the place, but if you are on a budget and want a clean, quite and friendly place to rest your head, then this is the place.

Decent hotel at convenient location

Posted Jan 6, 2015
Cons: Cleanliness of linens, breakfast food options
Location: Walking distance to Old Sacramento, scenic trail nearby
Parking lot has adequate lighting and ample space. Staff was friendly -- check-in and check-out were speedy and seamless. Compact room with fairly new amenities -- except pillow cases seem to be a bit old. Hallway has some strange smell but none in the room. Breakfast food choices are limited.

Just average

Posted Dec 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel was priced too high for what it had to offer. It is just an average hotel, nothing fancy. If you have a car you can stay somewhere else comparable for cheaper. Needs remodeling and the pillows need replacing, mind went flat by morning. Not impressed with breakfast. Lots of other places nearby to get breakfast.
