“sac”
Worst bed ever slept in.
“Clean and newly renovated”
Newly renovated rooms. very clean.
“Arden Extended Stay America”
I was very satisfied with the location and the service by staff. The only issue I had was when the wind blew over the garbage can outside my room, but this was beyond the hotels's - and my - control. I will definitely stay there again as needed for business or pleasure.
“Again if need be”
Overall is was very nice. I like the location on this particular hotel because I was there on buisness and its close to a lot. The check in guy was very nice and had great customer service. But for the most part i kept to myself and didn't see much of the staff. The hotel was very quiet... lots of traffic but quiet.
“If comfort is a priority-look elsewhere”
Check in was quick, however after that it was not a pleasant experience. The room I was given reaked of smoke; temperature inside was about 85 degrees (it took 24hours for the room to reach a temp of 70 degress with the a/c running constantly). I complained and was told "Sorry, but I hope you will give us a good review." After not being able to sleep I resorted to placing a damp washcloth over my nose in order to filter out the terrible odor of cigarette butts. I did save a lot of money over what the Hilton next door charges. At other Extended Stay America locations this was never a problem.
“Great Value for longer stay”
Good value, consistent where ever this facility is
“the hotel from hell”
do not book this place in less your a drug dealer of hooker
“Okay... would be better if I had needed extended stay”
The hotel was okay... it was hard to find my room because odd numbers were on one side, even on opposite side of bldg. The bed was as hard as the floor. There were dishes, but no dish soap. The microwave was dirty. The refrigerator was loud. The clock was 15 minutes fast. The room was very clean, but since it was extended stay, there was nothing in the bathroom except bar soap. no shampoo, lotion, etc. I had never been in an extended stay type place, so I didn't know what to expect. I was only staying one night, so it was probably a poor choice. I picked it for the location, but it turned out, it wasn't as centrally located as I was hoping. If I was on a business trip for a week or so, it would have been very nice... except for that really hard bed. I had a smoking room, and for the 1st time ever, I walked into a smoking room that didn't reek of smoke. It was actually quite pleasant, I never would have guessed it was a smoking room, except there were ashtrays in it!
“Bad bed”
The bed was hard and creaky.
“Dump”
AC did not work, room dirty, had to change rooms. Desk clerk said "HE" did not rent that room because AC problems. Noise all night, night manager shooting the breeze with all the permenant guest.
