Thin wallsPosted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: Convenient to airport
This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Walls are very thin so you hear everything next door, phone alarms, TV etc... I will move up the road next time.

closest to airportPosted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: proximity to airport
Cons: smiling faces eager to serve hotel guests.
Location: proximity to airport
Most all was terrific--the staff however, though efficient, did not leave the impression that they had taken the Disney hospitality course.

I was in Sacramento for 10 days to meet my 6 week old granddaughter. For my flight back to Massachusetts, I wanted to stay near the airport the night before my flight, for convenience. It was terribly hard to leave, but the pleasantness of the staff and room helped.

Dirty room and unhelpful staffPosted Aug 21, 2014
We had a very dirty room and a a front desk associate that said there was nothing to do about it. Had no recommendations as to the closest place to eat, the hotel restaurant and bar closed early without notice. Staff didn't know the address of the hotel told me to look it up on the internet. Disappointed all the way around.

Nice hotel close to Sacramento airportPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Good location and clean.
Location: Typical fast food chains, not much else to eat, which is the only downside.
Very clean room with updated furniture and bathroom fixtures. Conveniently located along I-5 and close to the airport for overnight stay on a road trip or layover.

Clean and comfortablePosted Jul 29, 2014
All in all the hotel is very nice and comfortable with all the other staff very nice. I recommend this to anyone. I just hope no one encounter the gentleman I did. Here is my experience with him: The gentleman at the front desk was abrasive and almost rude. At check-in, he hovered over the nice lady taking my information and corrected several of her moves and interrupted her and my conversation about the my room. Also, my room's air condition unit was dripping excessive condensation on the floor, which I understand is common in extremely hot weather. I let the gentleman know and he rudely explained how it was all my fault because I turned down the termostat below what HE set all room thermostats to and stated "we'll guess I will have I clean that up now."

Fantastic HotelPosted Jun 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel right off freeway was easy to find and in good quite location. Down the street from Sleep Train Arena, shopping center and only 8 minutes from downtown Sacramento. Room was very clean, very roomy, bathroom especially roomy. Hotel restaurant was convenient, their menu choices were limited. Had dinner which was good, was very disappointed with breakfast especially for the price. Overall I will defiantly be staying here on my next trip to Sacramento and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting area.

Comfy king size bedPosted Jun 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very nice place to stay after a college graduation. AC unit a bit noisy, otherwise a very quiet hotel.
