hotel staff is very rude. Not very good customer service oriented.

NEVER AGAIN!! just nasty.. Rooms smell bad, bath rooms dirty, even the pool wasnt clean.

One Night at the Good Nite

Pros: Good location for freeway travelers.
Cons: The parking lot was being impacted by tree trimmers who pruned and left a lot of trimmings, thus reducing the number of usable parking spaces.
Location: A couple of restaurants were nearby and the downtown area of Sacto was just 4 miles away.
We checked in late - probably 11:20 or so. Did our business though a "checker window" with a solemn staff member. Found the room to be satisfactory, clean and the air conditioner worked but was a bit noisy. The television was located at the far left so that the person in the right queen had a bit of a problem viewing it. Morning coffee wasn't too good bit we checked out in the morning with minimal fuss - so the stay was satisfactory.

cheap and old

Cons: Security. Cleanliness. Update rooms.
Location: Sac St
Hotel was dirty. People smoking everywhere and suspect characters lingering around at night. Not a place I would feel safe if I had children or if my wife was staying there by herself. Rooms were outdated and smelly. No breakfast. No free wifi.

Cheapest in the area !

All types of people stay at this place and I mean ALL. But nobody messed with my car and I got a good night sleep ! Can't beat the price !

Staff was pleasant. For $50, condition and quality of room is pretty much what you expect.

Convenient location

Not a deluxe motel but clean and conveniently located for what we wanted. Staff was accommodating to our requests. Be aware there are no extras like a hair dryer or in room coffee.

For the price this hotel is good.

Pros: close proximity to my son's house, the element was not scary and the staff were helpful.
Cons: If anything were improved, the price would go up, and I really liked the price!
Location: Easy access to freeways that get you anywhere you want to go.
Room was clean, I only used it to sleep and that was a positive experience.
