Satisfied my needs; was conveniently located.

Pros: Convenient to the locations I had to visit.
Cons: Service! Attitude of the staff!
Location: Don't know--no information available.
Since my last visit to this facility, things have changed. They no longer have information in the room for their guests about services and eating facilities in the area. They no longer have irons and ironing boards in the rooms. When I call for an iron and ironing board, they said that I would have to come to the office and get it myself.

Clean and simple hotel with the pool

Pros: Hotel was clean.
Cons: room should have a hair drier and a coffee pot.
The hotel was clean and comfortable enough for one night and for the price we paid. One day free WiFi was helpful. But there were some disturbing noises from outside spoiled our sleep.

Accommodating Staff

Drove 6 hours and was able to check in earlier than initial time (3pm). Parking was hard to come by from 11pm-6am.

Business trip rest stop

Comfortable stay (AC) for a spartan traveller. Upper 90*s temp so ice machine was working OT and short. Pleasant and helpful staff Recommend a local map be posted showing route directions to from motel to freeway and local shopping.

Good 1-Nighter

Pros: Easy to find near hub of Sacramento, convenient parking, pool was clean & refreshing on a hot day (provided extra towels), polite greeting from hosts.
Cons: Walls thin so a bit noisy outside till 12 am, room had that "motel scent" mixed w/ cleaning product but didn't smell of smoke, some smokers on stairs.
Location: Old Town Sac, Capitol Bldg. only minutes away
Good for the price as a 1-nighter on the road to CA's North Coast from L.A. w/ a CA history destination on the way (or coming from anywhere), pool great for kids to cool off in summer. Glad to see the notice posted that smoking will soon not be available on the premises (plenty of open space nearby for that).

Worst hotel experience in my LIFE!!

I will never be going to this hotel again. I'd rather spend an extra $40 a night then stay here.

We wish these items were brought to our attention at check in or during your stay so they could have been handled in a prompt manor. We are available 24 hours a day to my staff and for all the guests if needed either in person or by phone.
