“Happy Holiday”
The hotel is good enough for the price paid, but the indoor swimming pool was cold, and indoor SPA was just warm.
“Not a family place to stay!”
After requesting adjoining rooms, we were assigned rooms diagonally across the hall from each other. The desk staff did make the changes we requested. Unfortunately, they put our group on the second floor. I was travelling with my 2 year old grandson and my 3 year old granddaughter, thirty minutes after arriving, we received a call from the front desk complaining about the sound of little running feet. The next evening we arrived back to our room only to have at least 4 or 5 boys running up and down the hallways for over two hours. I won't stay here again. I had chosen the hotel because of the fact that is it family oriented and is usually very clean. Not here, stay somewhere else.
“Good hotel to stay!”
The hotel was very pleasant, however we had a fire alarm go off at 1:30 in the morning! It was a false alarm, but with 3 children being woken up at that time was disturbing.

nice hotel, nice area, great indoor pool, nice breakfast!
“SoCal visitor”
Everything was great - clean facilities, great breakfast (until 10am) and front desk was very accommodating for room change request due to noise from nearby freeway construction.
“The service of this hotel's front dest staff is too slow for me to be satisfied.”
I can never recommend this hotel again.
“Hard to go wrong with a Hampto Inn”
The place is a Hampton Inn. What I got is pretty much exactly what I expected. I think Hampton Inns are, on average, very comfortable and reasonably priced. I regularly stay at them both for business and personal travel.
