Goodnights sleep was no problem here. All staff that we came across was attentive, kind, and helpful. Plus the breakfast was tasty and what made it even better was the interaction with the staff.

There is a bar (some sort of drinking place) right across this hotel so there is a lot of noise at night in the hallways. There was a drunken man laid out on the pavement in front of the door the night I checked in. The hotel person helped him get up & took him to his room. I asked at check in if it was safe here & answer was “somewhat.” Only positives are it’s pet friendly, staff is nice & it’s clean. Bed & pillows are uncomfortable. Do not stay here if it’s for a family vacation or if you need a good nights rest. This hotel is best suited for younger people or guests who like to drink & don’t mind the noise. Check in was easy but location of the hotel is a thumbs down for me.

Not the hotels fault but i think we had a family of elephant kangaroos above our room. Noisy and loud until early am. Not much the staff can do about rude, inconsiderate people.

The property and grounds were well kept and clean. However, the walls were very thin leaving us to hear every bit of traffic outside, ever door closing, people talking in hallway, and people coming and going by the elevators. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, leaving me only abele to sleep an average of 15 minutes of each hour during sleep. The redeeming quality was the breakfast bar, which was well stocked and excellent quality. Lastly, the staff were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is against the overall construction and bed quality.

Ev chargers at property wanted me to download an app then setup an account during which they asked for more information than I wanted to provide, then wanted to charge $3 per hour for a 6kw charger. Seriously? To charge my near empty 110 KWH battery would require 18 hours on this piece of junk and cost nearly $60 ! On top of it all, no coffee, no milk, no eggs in morning. We will not stay here again

Questionable at best.
Unfortunately the front desk person was on a long (20 minute) break when we arrived. We waited and waited and waited for him to arrive before we could check in. I spend on average 50 plus nights in various hotels. I honestly have never waited like this before. Since it was close to 9 pm and we had already booked the room, we were over a barrel. Otherwise, we would have bolted after about 8 minutes of waiting. Room definitely showed signs of disrepair.
