Met Jackie, the owner when we checked in; very pleasant and explained everything. Hotel is actually 'mini-manufactured' homes, less than 400sq but felt roomy. Full bath and kitchen, separate bedroom (with a tv), living room, all nicely furnished and plenty of storage for an extended stay. The park is gated so safety wasn't an issue; it has a garden feel, lots of flowers, bushes and tons of roses. Jackie had just picked a fresh bouquet of roses for our mini and left them on the coffee table. There are laundry facilities on site too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, quiet spot with friendly folks and a garden setting. Would choose it over and over again.......

Welcomed by origami-folded towels and tissues ... very impressive!
The staff recommended going to Jack's Urban Eats for a large Chinese salad (others had excellent meals too).

Stayed 1 nite, wish I could have stayed longer, but was there for work. Great alternative to the big chain hotels. So much more comfortable, roomier, luxurious. Very quite neighborhood. Slept very well. I took a great soak in the claw-foot tub surrounded by beautiful stain-glass windows. Loved the Craftsman-style. Great location just 8 minutes away by car from the capitol; 15 minute walk to mid-town (lots of places to eat). I know the website plays up the location as a wedding destination (some of the decor supports that) but I'd recommend staying here regardless.

"Beautiful views very quiet and peaceful setting."
I am not one to take the time out of my day to write reviews normally but this hotel was so inviting and courteous they took my breath away with their hospitality genuinely. The staff was very kind and positive they truly went above and beyond to insure our stay was pleasant. From gorgeous private balconies and patios to very clean and fresh rooms a resort/cabin get away feeling. Personally in my own opinion there rates are more then fair expressing a sense of humility which these days is hard to come by. I could honestly say I won't be staying at another hotel in this area if it was free! I am recommending this hotel to everybody!
