Very nice hotel near Golfland

Pros: the room and the area
Cons: nothing
Location: there were a lot of food spots and a nice shopping mall down the street.
we had a very nice stay. I would definitely be back. The room was very nice and I loved the area.

Very Disappointed in my stay

Pros: clean
Cons: Rooms to close to the elevator
Location: there for business
Room was very noisy all night, wife had to sleep on couch in other room do to the noise I also requested a refund

Wonderful Surprise!

Pros: Very comfortable and great room. We really enjoyed the "grab & go breakfast" each morning before we headed out for the day!
Location: location close to lots of restaurants and movie theaters.
We come to town to visit with family often and have tried different area hotels, the Larkspur Landing was a wonderful surprise and we have found our permanent go to hotel for the Roseville area!! The room was lovely and very comfortable bed.

Nice hotel

Hotel in good area. Room was clean and comfortable . Breakfast was ok (not a lot of choices) but it was complimentary.

Staff is awesome

The room and staff were great. The only problem I experienced was the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Pros: It's location.
Cons: Like watching TV looking strIght at it, not sideways.
Location: Shopping, eating, entertainment. There is a water park right across the street.
I was happy with the room, staff and free breakfast, let's not forget the delicious cookies provided before bedtime. It's location

Older hotel, stale air throughout the hotel, extremeley uncomfortable beds, very noisy...I was in Roseville for a conference and I had paid for two nights at this hotel but left after one night and checked into another hotel because I could not handle another night of misery...it was a good decision (even though I lost the money I paid for the second night) because the other hotel I checked into was so much nicer and was the same price.

Way too loud. Hotel is right on Hwy 80. We had an Executive Suite. 20-degree difference between the front room and bedroom. Had to open window. CARS, CARS, CARS, CARS!!! All night long. Never again!! But if you must, ask for a room facing the parking lot.
