Weekend getaway

Extremely loud children in room above us, the staff did nothing to stop it.

nice place

Posted Mar 26, 2015
My visit to Larkspur Landing was for several days. The staff was very friendly and professional, the facilities were clean, and the room was great. My one microcomplaint is that the room window faced the street, which was sometimes a little noisy, and I could sometimes hear people in the hall. Personally the noise really wasn't a big deal. Everything else was spot on.

Reasonable rates with kitchen!

Posted Mar 24, 2015
I had stayed here previously and enjoyed my stay. I forgot the room has a kitchen! The only concern in warm weather would be there's no pool that we could see. Otherwise, if we need a great room and not concerned about swimming -this is a great place to stay. Very clean & easy access to the freeway. We would stay again. Quiet hotel!

Nice boutique hotel

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: Quiet, clean rooms. Proximity to several restaurants.
Location: Several golf courses, hiking/biking trails and entertainment venues are nearby.
This is the second time staying at the Larkspur Landing. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel shares a parking lot with Tahoe Joe's restaurant making it easy to enjoy a great meal within walking distance. The wifi worked flawlessly. The spa and gym area was very enjoyable. Breakfast was good with a good selection of pastries, fruits, cereals, breads, boiled eggs and beverages.

Pros: Its beautiful and clean!
The stay was amazing. Walking into the lobby blew my mind. I wasn't expecting to stay at a welcoming, clean, and beautiful hotel for the price i paid. I'm glad i made the choice of picking this hotel for my stay in Roseville.

Nice place

Posted Jan 31, 2015
Really nice place! Perfect for families! Having a kitchen in the room is so convenient, plus this hotel offers many free amenities, like laundry, wifi, and shuttle service. We did not like the feather down bedding, but the staff was more then happy to change it for us! Overall great experience

Terrible Hotel

Posted Jan 29, 2015
Pros: Not really anything but my complaints are limited to the above, all else was "ok".
Cons: See comments above.
Location: Location is great - wished I would have booked at one of the MANY other hotels in the area that would have been much nicer for a similar price or less
Hotel has very outdated furnishings and floor coverings. Lobby small and had bad food odors. Hallways were narrow and had bad food odors. Room was very small with television placed oddly on high dresser right next to instead of at the foot of the bed. Bed pillows and cover were sprayed with Febreeze type product. I woke up with hives all over my face and congested from the chemicals. Hairdryer was broken and waiting for a hair dryer to be delivered to my room delayed my leaving for my aunt's funeral. Internet was so slow I could not confirm my flight and download my boarding ticket. Front desk staff failed to give me the login/password for internet so had to call. Front desk staff - only one person working at the lobby desk. Line of people waiting to check out. The person was talking to a customer on the phone and moving the receiver away to talk to the woman ahead of me checking out. Overall not a good experience at all and DEFINITELY NOT a 3 star hotel. It should be moved down to a 2 star hotel.

High quality for low price

I think this place is brand new so it was very clean. Nice kitchenette, nice bathroom, very nice bed and bedding. Felt much more expensive than it was.
