“Great staff”
In a time of great crisis, this hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was well taken care of. The room was comfortable but not exactly the height of cleanliness. Vents in the wall and bathroom were clogged with what looked like chewing gum and the walls were a bit discolored. The heater's upper vent was also broken, The shower curtain was hung on a rod that was curved and angled down, so the curtain had a hard time staying closed during showering. These are, of course, small complaints and I am otherwise satisfied with my experience.
“would not go back”
Had two nights stay (took motel shuttle to airport after the first night's stay). The first night was just OK - we booked for four people and only had two sets of towells in the room. The room was dated, but mostly clean. After our trip of three days, we stayed again. This room was disgusting!!! The rug needed cleaning, the TV had a crack in the cabinet, the toilet seat needed to be cleaned (we did, mainly because our flight came in so late), we did not have enough towells again, the elevator on the way to the room had not been cleaned for at least a week, the grate over the air conditioner was broken and jagged --- all in all, YUCK! When I checked out, I was asked how I liked the stay. I gave her all the details and she apologized. I went to get a cup of coffee (we decided to skip the free breakfast out of fear) and all the airpots were empty. I checked out at about 8: 30.
“Horrible hotel will never stay here again.”
Please do not ever go here. My shower did not even work. The second day I stayed there was no water. When I told the manager this when I checked out she basically told me it was my fault for not telling her when I was in a rush to check out. The room was dirty. There were red splatters on the wall. The location is terrible I did not feel safe at all. I filed a formal complaint with the hotel and they have not contacted me. Never stay here!
“great for a night”
Thank you for being pet friendly. close to food. close to freeway. Great for an overnight stay
“Terrible experience!”
Our motel was supposed to be 5 miles from the sports complex, it was a 15 minute drive. The motel was run down on the exterior and interior. There was no bath tub in our tiny excuse for a bathroom. The internet was too slow to function. The hot tub (that I called ahead of time to be sure it was functioning) was outdoors and barely warm, maybe 99 degrees. Ashtrays line the parking lot but u can't smoke in the parking lot. They refused to give additional pillows (4 per room with 2 beds). There was no channel guide. The beds were hard and much more than uncomfortable. The heater smelled like mold. The head boards were unattached and banged against the wall every time we moved. The electricity went out when I tried to use the microwave. The surrounding area is GHETTO! There were no nearby gas stations. The breakfast was nothing but a plastic tub of cold cereal, milk, coffee, and OJ. NEVER stay here it is beyond a bad experience.
“ok trip”
staff were friendly and helpfull but swimming pool was not working. so if there is no pool available they should not advertize it or at least mention that pool is out of service
“ok”
stayed there a number of times..fair priced. Breakfast ran out pretty fast other than that an ok stay
“wanted a spa it was not working”
spa was not working
“No Quality”
We checked in at 3:00am after driving for 13 hours. When we go to our room it had a musty smell. The rooms are advertise to have microwaves and refrigerators. Ours did'nt have neither. Later in the morning when the Front desk open asked about microwave and refrig they said they would have one brought to room. 1st Room-Shower didn't work. Moved to 2nd Room-A/C didn't work, the room had no air circulation without the door being open. Room 1&2 on the side where all the truckers parked. Moved to 3rd Room-A/C worked and Shower worked 3minutes at a time. All 3 rooms we had had dirt stained bathtubs (had to take shower with flipflops on) and the bath towels were old and tearing and twice we received dirty towels. Each time we moved rooms the refrig/microwave moved with us. Unfortunately no other rooms available in the area. The breakfast was ok, the breakfast area was really small it's part of the check-in lobby. Must say the staff was pleasant to work with. This hotel needs to be totally renovated.
“park and fly”
I stayed there because we had an early flight the next day. We were charged $10/day after three days on a ten day trip. The shuttle to the airport ran only every two hours, so we had to get a 6:30 shuttle ride for a plane that left at 8:50. the shuttle to return to the hotel took 25 minutes to get there from my call. I would prefer more frequent shuttle rides to the airport.
