“Peacefulness in Rocklin”

Great spot found near Hwy. 80 to Reno or Sacramento area. Sarena, front desk, was friendly and helpful. There was always someone who could answer questions ... Where's a good Italian restaurant, Where do we rent bikes near Folsom Lake, How 'bout Mexican restaurant ... the gals at the desk quickly found & provided answers. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms!

“A good place to stay.”

Rocklin Hotel staff accommodated us when ever we needed anything. They were very good to us. The room was clean and quiet. We will stay there again when we have the need.

“Wonderful hotel at an affordable price”

The hotel is located off of I-80 and it's location is where you want to be according to travel time for Sacramento, Auburn, and Roseville although everything you need is in Rocklin. A gas station is conveniently around the corner off of the interstate. A nice little spa. A small balcony was there if you needed quick fresh air or a quick cigarette. Very quiet, the maids won't bother you unless you ask. Front desk service is very professional. The continental breakfast isn't superb but very adequate with fruits, bagels, english muffins, coffee, oj, milk, and cereal. I enjoyed my time there peacefully.

Area recommendations

Rocklin is highly recommended. It has everything you need for food and shopping. The locals are vey nice and considerate. No heavy traffic.

When to go

Anytime. I went there for Independence Day and there was no hustle and bustle of holiday activity.

“Convenient and quiet”

We have stayed here before because of the easy freeway access without the freeway noise. Noise inside was louder than outside. Our fridge ran constantly. The whole place seems like they could use some updating. The hallway leading to our room was dark and stuffy. But, the bed was comfortable, and the room space was adequate. Clean room and comfortable bed-that's the main thing, and they did that well.

“Very Good Hotel”

The hotel has everything you are looking for whether on a business or personal visit. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Service and amenities are great and everything you're looking for. This is a nice place to stay.

“Very nice Hotel”

The only problem we had was there was a bug on the Bedspread. When we notified the front desk they responded right away and was more than willing to do whatever needed to be done.

“Pleasantly surprised!”

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise and conveniently located off the freeway exit. We had a ground floor room with a balcony and did not hear any freeway noise at all. I had requested a king size bed however was given a room with two queen beds which was not a problem except that it only had a night table between the two beds which made it inconvenient for the side of the bed without one (a minor inconvenience). The room was very clean and comfortable.The morning breakfast choices which did not vary much from day to day was sufficient to get us going in the morning.however lots of fruit was always available.Tried the workout room one night which had a variety of equipment. Stayed for four nights while visiting family and would definitely go back. Staff were very pleasant.

“Great location!”

This hotel has the charm of not being too big, yet with the comfort of a larger hotel. We would stay again.

At the Galleria and The Fountains ~ superb! The Fountains especially has an extremely friendly family atmosphere. Great for a summer evening to enjoy their ice-cream parlors/coffee shops and outdoor seating areas.

“not impressed”

The interior of the rooms need to be updated. Felt more like a 2 star hotel. Odor in the hotel rooms. Staff were helpful to move us to another room.
