Our stay was great, and Zach was extremely helpful when we were checking in. Unfortunately, we had an early game and had to leave early and were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast as they did not allow us to pack it to go. That was frustrating as we had paid for it so it should have been available for us to take it with us.

This place has been around for Years. They’ve done a good job keeping it nice. Bed was a 3.5 out of 5. Paying for parking is stupid, especially considering their lot Needs paving. Decent hotel, noisy on the Sunrise side.

Formaggia restaurant ridiculous. We went there hoping for a nice quiet dinner after a long day of driving and were met with a sports bar atmosphere. Loud noisy nerve wracking. We left. Next morning we went there for breakfast. Much calmer atmosphere. BUT…all food items were served in paper or plastic. Paper plates, bowls, coffee cups and plastic cups for water and juice. Also plastic utensils! The price of the food was high and you’d think the servewear would be appropriate for the cuisine. The wait staff were pleasant and efficient. The food was very good. In our room: the bottom of the tub was extremely slippery and no rubber mat was provided. Also the shower curtain insert was way too long and we both stepped on it. A real tripping hazard.

You brought to our attention that during your recent stay we fell short of meeting your expectations while dining in our temporary Formaggio .Your experience has been shared with the F&B Management who joins me in offering our sincere apologies. We understand that the current state of the restaurant is not a standard, and unfortunately unavoidable due to the depth of the construction on a majority of our kitchen and restaurant. Due to the amount of work currently being done we are unable to do regular ware washing of china, glass and silverware and have done our best to find temporary solutions. Our goal is to not only provide great food and service to our guests but also to maintain a working structure for our employees while we work through this transition. We understand that we are long overdue for this update and appreciate your patience and understanding while we get through this phase of workAlthough we fell short of meeting your expectations during your stay, I hope you will consider our hotel on your next visit to the area so that we can deliver on the guest experience you deserve when our gym and restaurant renovation is complete.Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations.

The room itself was very clean and well maintained with the exception of the mini fridge and a few of the outlets didn't work otherwise room was great. However the staff and customer service was quite lacking and extremely rude. They tried to make it right by giving me a free coupon to Starbucks that expired that day and that the Starbucks had already closed for the night. Would love to return . But I don't think I will be in the near future

The hotel lobby is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The only downside is the cost to park, the walls are very thin, there is significant road noise, it is jaunt from I-5, and the carpet needs some tlc. For the price, I would stay here again

Stayed at this hotel for a work related trip. I have to start with my experience upon arrival I had booked a room with a king bed and they informed me that they had overbooked the rooms with a king bed and they only had rooms with two queens. Fine, I was understanding. Went to my room to unpack and settle for the night and to my surprise I found crawlers in my room on the wall and curtains. I took pictures went downstairs and the managers that day was nonchalant as if knowing that this was a issues and gave me another room with two queen bed. I have not experienced something like this with a Marriott before so I am disappointed and most importantly grossed out about the rooms. Will NOT be staying here again.

I have stayed at this particular property a few times now and love it. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing. It is close to restaurants and shops.

The rooms felt a little on the shabby side, particularly the carpet and wallpaper. Otherwise, clean and convenient. I appreciated having Starbucks in the lobby. Didn't love paying for wi-fi and parking - just include it in the cost of the hotel. Silly.

The property can definitely use a design update. The furniture, carpet and other details in the room reminded me very much of Marriotts in the 80’s and Early 90’s. It was pretty clean overall, but just felt dingy. The shower was extremely powerful, which I tend to like, but the shower curtain was not able to contain the water spray and each time I got out there was a huge pool of water on the floor. You could see it seeped into the grout in between tiles as well, and my wife detected mold, as she is very allergic to it. The front desk check in was good, but when I came downstairs the next day to talk to someone because I couldn’t connect to the internet because it was saying my information (name and room number) was incorrect. Ever though there were 2 people at the counter, both were attending to a guest’s check in. Would have been ok if someone had just looked up and said they would be right with me, but it never happened and I waited 10 minutes just to ask that question about the wifi. Parking in an open lot is $10, which seemed a lot for a Gold Elite member in a not densely populated area in the suburbs of town. I will not be staying there again until the overhaul the property.

No Respect for Late Sleepers
We're a couple who works late nights and sleep in during the day. We were placed next to a family who were entertaining in their room with their children during the day. We asked the front desk to ask them to respect their neighbors but nothing was done. We got very little sleep. At one point, while I was speaking, the woman I was speaking to at the front desk started talking over me and then hung up on me. Very, very rude. The housekeeping staff also tried to enter the room when the privacy sign was out.
