It was a bit in diarray due to the construction going on. A few things i noticed the shower inside of it had mold growing around the glass door seal. The light on the headrest didnt work on the right side. The outlet by the office desk didnt work. Other than that Samantha was great by allowing us to get a room as soon as possible after a long flight. She should be commended. Also the brrakfast lady during the week was extremely friendly and kind very personable. A

It’s just your average no frills hotel. We only stayed 1 night to go to a concert nearby. Room was clean and spacious. Service was mediocre at best. Check-in guy asked why we were staying at their property and after I answered, he ended the conversation, super awkward. Social skills seem to be lacking in hospitality and younger folks these days. He seemed rather detached and tired. Similar awkward experience with night concierge guy. Bought an instant cup of noodle late night after return from concert then realized no utensils to be found in room, disposable or otherwise. As he was waiting to ring us up, no verbal cues at all, so we were just standing in silence, and having to figure out if the guy was still servicing us & then asked to ring our card for the purchase but didn’t tell us the total and there was no machine/screen to tell us either. Check out in the morning was met with a vacant counter and lady in the back room running out after another customer poked in to find staff. Property was undergoing soft remodeling so some areas were a little messy. We were put on the top floor, which looked newly renovated but…old HVAC was kept and is very loud. We also had very rude neighbors who blasted their TV or something at 11pm until past midnight, which we had to report. Not sure if staff did much as they blasted the TV again in the morning. We also had to purchase water separately late at night as there was none in the room, complimentary or otherwise.

Stayed here for a night in our way to South Lake Tahoe. It was a great decision. Very friendly front desk staff greeted us, room was spacious and very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Parking was very easy.. the front desk guided us to the prepping spot so walking to elevator was easy. Buffet breakfast was vey good. For a night stay it was the perfect place for us Ana or kids and would definitely stay in the future again. Keep up the great work.. all the staff deserve a thank you..

Always clean with friendly staff. This place is our go-to when in Roseville. I was disappointed this time though. Typically when there’s a tournament, they open the breakfast early for the players but this time, they did not. We had to leave for an early game without breakfast and this is one of the reasons we come here. We have 3 more this year and we will have to go else where next time.

Did not like the fact that the pool was closed with no notice. I think having a sister property with a pool was not enough. Should have been mentioned on the web site. Our reservation had 3 children on it and their ages. We would have stayed at the sister hotel.

The main issue i has was how noisy it was INSIDE. All night i could hear footsteps outside in the hallway, footsteps above me, and it felt like the walls were thin. I wouldn't stay again, honestly

Night Employee was racist. Initially gave us room on highway side. Said no clean towels went back an hour later still no towels when he brought towels to our room they were cold. Bathroom shower floor discolored overall feeling the property is not maintained or clean. Hair in sink food still in sink by microwave.
