“WONDERFUL!”

We will be using this hotel as our regular stop in Sacto. Even the Hawaiian Airlines staff uses this as their stopover. Nice healthy lite breakfast with make your own waffles to oatmeal and lite yogurt.

I went with my two kids. Very family friendly. Close to mall and restaurants. Decent breakfast.

there were 4 of us in a room with one queen and a couch (a very tight fit). The roll out couch was less than comfy. I would recommend getting 2 queens instead of a queen with couch. pool was really nice, but jacuzzi was over chlorinated. Otherwise a nearly perfect stay.

“Sweet Suite - TownePlace Marriott Cal-Expo”

I was completely impressed by everything - had never heard or stayed at a TownePlace property, but expected it to be at least decent (it is Marriott afterall!) Decent is an insult...this location is tremendous value for the price. Staff, room and amenities, even breakfast - outstanding! I will stay here again and will seek out TownePlace as my first choice for future hotel stays.

“Nice, with a few caveats.”

The complimentary, continental breakfast was quite good, except they didn't offer eggs and yogurt on the weekends. Even if they don't have the staff to make the eggs on the weekends one would think yogurt is no harder to offer than bread. The pool is smaller than we expected, but was kept clean and was used often. It is great to have a kitchenette when traveling with a family! The dish-washer was rather loud, so we used it when leaving the room :-) for the day.

We stayed for one night. Service was great and room was very clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was limited but of good quality. Room was great. The only thing I would have liked to have seen would be in the exercise room where a universal gym unit would have been nice.
