The king size bed we reserved was a double at best. The pull out sofa was a futon. We did not get what we expected. It was only one night so we just put up with it. The staff was very good, the room and the hotel was clean and kept up, and the breakfast was very good.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The kids loved the snack choices and then breakfast had several choices for all the family. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The ac in one room was extremely loud but not a deal breaker. Will stay here again for sure.

Didn’t realize when booking it was an animal friendly hotel. If you like animals this would be the place to be. Unfortunately pets are not my thing. What made the stay was the front desk Mo -was amazing, has a great, and friendly personality!!

Nicely renovated hotel!
The hotel is currently under renovation, but the floor we stayed on was completed. Abby, one of the managers, had upgraded our room to a two bedroom suite before we even got there, which was amazing! The had a full kitchen with refrigerator and four burner electric stove, a sink, and a dishwasher with cabinet space and dishware. There was also a long dining table with chairs. The bedrooms had their own closets and heat/AC units, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The suite had new carpeting throughout as well as new furniture. The couch was firm. It didn’t appear that the bathtubs were updated but the water pressure was great. It would have been nice to have USB ports either on the desk or lamp bases. We didn’t use the pool or the gym, but there were a number of convenient snack, items, and healthcare options available in the lobby for purchase. Overall, the accommodations were great, and there is plenty of shopping nearby.

I took my two granddaughters to this property just for a one night getaway. I called first to ask if they had a hot tub or a pool, they said yes, they have a heated pool, not a hot tub. So we chose to go there, however, I was disappointed in that when we got ready, and went down to the swimming pool, it was not heated, we could not even get in the water, it was too cold. Had I known that I would have chosen a different hotel. That was a disappointment to the girls.

We have stayed here 6 times and now they are for some reason remodeling. Fourth floor knew everything to include new beds. The worst bed ever! We were rolling into the middle. Zero sleep. Need a new hotel now when visiting relatives.

Clean Hotel
We stay at this place at least once a month,the staff were very friendly and courteous, hotel is very clean,top floors are new and renovated.Abby at the front desk is awesome.. Breakfast is free and food is great, the lady really works hard and always keeps the food refilled all the time.

Worst stay ever
People were friendly but the rooms not so much. My first room the bed was very uncomfortable. The matress was worn out i could fwel the springs while i slept. Needless to say i didn't sleep well and woke up with my qhole body hurting. The bathroom was covered in bugs and the shower was dirty. So the next morning i asked for a new room. That room was better except the trash waa emptied and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. The employees were friendly the breakfast was good. I will never stay there again.

Good room clean and appropriately furnished. They need to have an awning at their checkin and by the doors on the side. We got soaked checking in and going to our room. The elevator also needs to be checked.
