“Not Impressed”

The hotel was shown to have Coffee and Donuts, but it only had coffee and that was in the lobby and not the rooms. The sheets on the beds in both of our rooms were severely stained and the blankets were full of holes. We called the manager about our first room and he sent a maid up to change out the sheets and blankets. Then we said that we were going to check our second room for family members arriving later in the evening and the maid said they were good because she took care of the rooms downstairs. Unfortunately we believed her and much to our surprise the sheets and blanket were also severely stained, but my family members didn’t find out until they got up in the morning. This was very embarrassing because I booked both of these rooms for my family and the rooms were a disgrace for everyone. The bolt lock in our room was inoperative, which was a security risk and safety risk for me and my family. The web site said the rooms had flat-screen T.V.’s and they did not.
