Very satisfied. I would say the only complaint was a cold hottub, but I didn't go there for the hottub, so it doesn't change my view on the hotel. The staff members were extremely pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast definitely surpassed most. Would definitely visit again! There's a church right next door with a beautiful cross that it up the sky (not in a bad way). What a beautiful scene to look at during the night time hours!

“Good value in area”

Nicely kept, frendly staff, the whole area gets pretty rural as you go north up the main freeway from there. Good value. If you have to go to this area of Mich. Non stop to Detroit. Drive up, stay here. Better than extra time and money for non direct flights to Saginaw and Flint.

“Easily accessible”

I stayed here with a friend who is unable to walk and uses a wheelchair. The hotel was very accessible for her, especially the pool, hot tub and shower area, which are difficult to access in many hotels. The open plan design of the breakfast area and TV area was also easy to negotiate. Breakfast was excellent, including real waffles, fresh fruit and a great variety of good food. Coffee and juice were free and available all day. We really liked this hotel.

“Americinn - Bay City - worth the stay!”

Staff was extremely pleasant, accommodating. In spite of the hotel overrun with jr. high hockey players for the weekend, the staff worked extra hard to assure the rest of the guests not affiliated with the hockey tournament were also taken good care of and not inconvenienced.

Location is good, very quiet. But the matress and other room supplies need to be replaced, too old.
