“Great Location”

Rooms were fine. Getting to the Hotel was hard main entrance was blocked had to go through Lowes parking lot and come in from the back way. The only negative in the hotel was that the elevators are hard to finding your way around is very difficult.

“Just fine”

Only stayed there for about 6-10 hours, mostly just for a place to crash after a wedding. Everything was very satisfactory.

“Smelly pillows”

The access was terrible and 3 of the 4 pillows on the bed smelled sour and funky. Too much money for such smell on the pillows that transferred to me and my hair.

“the hotel maze”

The hotel was nice. Getting to the hotel was the awful part. For some reason the city of Saginaw had put cement blocks blocking the obvious route to the hotel. It took 20 minutes to finally find the right road and entrance to the hotel.

“If back there, would stay again.”

On arriving Hotel had changed name that day. We found the employees very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.

Not knowing the area we found ourselves quickly into some pretty bad areas.

Getting around

Get a map or asks questions. Dining, we found most places close to hotel expensive. And the one Italian place we chose had horrible sauce. We had been told it was the best.

“Will stay there again. No complaints whatsoever!”

This hotel has been renovated and is in very good shape. from the time of check-in until our departure we were treated very well. Room was very clean, housekeeping service was timely and friendly, nice breakfast buffet, very clean. We checked out very early Saturday morning before breakfast but desk clerk/night auditor gave us a couple of bananas, apples, and cookies to take with us. This has been the best hotel experience we have had in a very long time and we have stayed in much more expensive bigger names but they did not compare with this one. Thank you Country Inn and Suites of Saginaw!
