Olivia at reception desk was outstanding! Easy check in. Clean, safe & quiet hotel. Glad to bring my dog with me. Food was really good. Walkable to stores.

Nice walk to the center. Kickback program is good. Light snack/food before a ng dinner in the town. Staff are very customer service minded, and helpful. Will stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The kick back could really be considered a dinner. Very close to the shops and water park.

Very disappointed. There were people yelling, kids constantly running up and down the halls, and I could hear people using the restroom all night. The staff didn’t keep the lobby in order by telling guests to quiet down. Will not stay here again.

The only thing I can say that wasn't ideal was there was WAY too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub, other than that, we will for sure be staying there again.

The pool and hot tub were constantly full so we didn't get to use during our stay. We walked by one time and the hot tub was empty but full of foam. Our AC/heater in our room was giving us issues as well. The wheel was off on the unit and causing it to make a loud noise which made it hard to sleep.

We stayed here for two nights while we explored Frankenmuth and absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, everything was very clean and we LOVED the food/drinks for happy hour - what an incredible perk included with our stay! Everything in Frankenmuth was within walking distance, and while we didn’t use it, I’m sure the hot tub was a nice treat after walking around in the cold!

we were in room 110 and it is across from the pool. there were alot of families with kids that weekend so it was a bit noisy. drury is our go to hotel but i won't stay at the frankenmuth drury in room 110 again. i will cancel and go somewhere else.

I like the Hotel but I did not like that I booked it for 12/24/23 and when I got there it said my stay was 1/24/24, I had to go upstairs to my sister's room and book a room for alot more money. Not happy with that at all. Good Thing they had a room left. This is the first Christmas without my Mom and Sister and it was frustrating to have to go through that. My family was here from out of town so spending it together was what we wanted to do. Thank God they had a room left

The staff were nice. I liked the open area that went up 4 floors. The Kickback was enjoyable. The elevator is slower than most. Someone needs to do a quick cleaning job on the inside of the windows in 412.

I don’t always take the time to write reviews but this place deserved one. Hotel was in a good location. Staff was very friendly. Love how they provided a great variety of breakfast food. They give you a voucher for 3 cocktails & have free “snacks” available in the evening. The snacks ended up being almost a full dinner! Will definitely be staying here again.
