Excellent place to stay.Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: We were treated by a friendly hotel desk clerk and even without asking, we were given an upgrade to our room.
Location: We stayed in Frankenmuth, Michigan where the famous Zhenders restaurant is, Bronners Christmas Shop and Birch Run outlet stores are located.
The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. The location was near all the attractions we wanted to visit.

Dirty Hotel within Walking Distance of AttractionsPosted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Close proximity to downtown.
Cons: Clean the rooms and wash the blankets and comforters every now and then plus the towels are old and need to be replaced.
We stayed two nights and after a late arrival we were greeted with an uncleaned room. We ended up remaking all of the beds (you don't want to know what we found on the sheets of ALL THREE BEDS) and cleaning the toilet, YES the toilet, ourselves. There was only one person on duty so we were left to fend for ourselves since there were no other rooms available. The Assistant Manager ended up giving us $100 off the first night and then the General Manager credited the entire first night off the bill but sadly the damage had already been done.

Great Stay!Posted Jul 13, 2015
Location: Bronner's Christmas town Bavarian Inn Zehnders ALL the shops!
We were in town to go to Bronner's. The Drury has always been a quality hotel whenever we travel across the nation and this was no exception! As always, the room was just perfect for what we needed and the staff was very informative and kind!

Special shout to Amber at the front desk and Cory at the bar and the manager Tony. These people made our stay better by going above and beyond. Thank you for a great time.

Great hotel!Posted Jul 8, 2015
Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: The TV remote wouldn't turn up the volume OR turn the TV back off...I just unplugged the TV and told them about it in the morning. No big deal.
Location: Frankenmuth, MI is always fun from going to Bronners, to walking around the town. We loved the lunch we had at The Bavarian Inn and the shops too.
This is the second summer I have stayed at this hotel overnight to visit the local sites. The staff is wonderful, and loved my room and the food for breakfast and dinner. Even a free drink if you are so inclined. Coffee and pop are always available. It was very nice and I will be back next year!

Nice hotel within walking distance of the main street shops and restaurants of Frankenmuth. Check in was easy and room was comfortable and clean. Loved having the popcorn and soda option for the kids and the evening drinks and food was great! Breakfast was good also with lots of options to choose from. Would definitely stay here again when we return in the future for another festival!

Pros: Everything--friendliness of staff, cleanliness, food, beverages and location of hotel in town.
Location: Loved the location--could walk everywhere from hotel comfortably--and we did!
Gal at front desk was very nice upon arrival..check in was quick and simple. Even called our room shortly after we checked in to make sure we were happy with our room, etc. Room was VERY clean and nicely decorated--very comfortable. Evening hospitality which included hot foods, snacks and adult beverages was very good and quite fun to enjoy. Breakfast the following morning was delicious and hardy! Loved our stay at the Drury Inn and Suites!

The hotel was very clean and accomadating. We also like it because it was pet friendly too. What we enjoyed the most was the great food and drinks we received during happy hour. We would book this hotel again.
