Considering the property is under renovations, the area and hotel are in great shape. Contractors had cleaned up before the weekend rush. Definitely stay at this hotel again.

The pool heater was broken so the water was ice cold. One of the only reasons we booked here so the kids were extremely letdown when they couldn’t swim. Check in was supposed to be at 3 but we didn’t show up until 4 and still had to wait around 30 minutes to be able to even check in because the rooms weren’t clean yet.
It is under construction so parking is limited, noisy. The inside is very nice, great breakfast, pool is nice and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful

Everything was great except the noise. I don’t know if the walls are just super thin but there was a lot of noise throughout the day and at night. They also had construction going on which was fine, it just wasn’t posted on the website. I loved this place and the breakfast was great it was just overall noisy (not their fault because other people were loud it’s just eh.)

The staff was excellent! However, the drive and entrance could have been de-iced and shoveled more efficiently.

Tub was dirty. Bathroom had roaches crawling out of the drain. There was blood on our sheets and the sheets were ripped.

This was a Christmas shopping trip and the location of the hotel was perfect. Right in the mix of shopping and food. Accommodations were great. Only complaint would be that the heater had a funny smell when it was first turned on. But it disapated after a while.

Great but…
The hotel is great and very clean. The parking lot is in terrible shape. It rained while we were there and it caused ponds in the parking lot. There places you couldn’t even park because of it

Mold around bath room tub and it wasnt that clean. No screen on the window, main floor....Hotel needs a refresh! Been staying here for years, but probably wont again...Staff was great!

The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, so the everything in it was soaking wet after 3 showers. Had no shampoo in the wall mounted container. Told the front desk on Saturday, still none on Sunday morning. Didn't expect fan to be fixed since we were using the room, but did expect shampoo after we told the front desk.
Place was a dump and manager very rude beds had stains called marriott corp and have filed a case worst place you could go to stay honestly a joke

The parking lot was flooded when we got there, so there was limited parking. Upon arrival to the room, the bathroom was dirty. There was mold around the caulking in the bath tub, the toilet was dirty, the mirror was dirty and the grout on the floor was dirty.
Brief stay here, check in staff was polite and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Book area was clean even though we didn't have time to use it, we still checked it out. Breakfast options were typical, waffles bagel eggs sausage oatmeal cereal. Breakfast was well stocked and kept clean.
